In an effort to help foster local League of Legends communities and let teams engage directly with their fans, brand new LEC Roadtrip events will be headed to Spain and France during the course of the 2025 LEC Spring Split.

Movistar KOI and Karmine Corp will be the two teams hosting their respective LEC Roadtrips, where fans will be able to watch official LEC matches live, catch up with their favorite national streamers, and take part in all of the festivities the two teams have planned for their local fans.

Movistar KOI and Karmine Corp are renowned for having passionate and loud fanbases, and we can’t wait to collaborate with both teams to bring these events to life for their communities.”  - Artem Bykov, LEC Commissioner

Karmine Corp: LEC Roadtrip France

The second of the LEC Roadtrip events will see the Spring Split headed to France. Just 17 miles south of the French capital of Paris, the reigning LEC Champions of Karmine Corp will host the league for a weekend in the town of Érvy. There, Karmine Corp will face-off against some of the LEC's finest on their home stage of Les Arènes on Saturday, May 10th, and Sunday, May 11th.

During the course of the weekend, the Blue Wall will try to hold their ground against G2 Esports, SK Gaming, and Team Vitality in what is expected to be an electric atmosphere. Here are the scheduled matches for the LEC Roadtrip in France:

  • Saturday, May 10th:
    • G2 Esports vs SK Gaming
    • Karmine Corp vs Team Vitality
  • Sunday, May 11th:
    • Team Vitality vs SK Gaming
    • Karmine Corp vs G2 Esports

Known for their unrelenting passion for esports, Karmine Corp are sure to treat their fans and anyone wishing to attend the LEC Roadtrip festivities in Érvy to an exciting weekend of action. Further information regarding the event will be revealed by Karmine Corp through their social media channels in due time.

The LEC Roadtrip: How does it work?

The entire Roadtrip initiative was started by the LEC in order to let teams engage with their local fanbases during the course of a Split, thus bringing the league and its fans closer together. Despite these Roadtrips, however, the rest of the LEC will go on as usual.

Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming LEC Roadtrips:

  • All of the LEC matches being hosted by the teams during each Roadtrip stopped will also be streamed live on the official LEC Twitch and YouTube channels.
  • Information regarding LEC Roadtrip tickets, including sales dates and prices, will be announced by the hosting teams on their respective channels.
  • The 2025 LEC Roadshow is separate from the Roadtrips, and will still take place at the end of the Summer Split, with more information on the event coming shortly.
  • The LEC Roadtrips will not interfere with the rest of the LEC Spring Split. Matches scheduled to take place during the same weekend as LEC Roadtrip events will take place as usual at the Riot Games Arena in Berlin.
  • The LEC Roadtrip in France will be hosted in French, while the LEC Roadtrip in Spain will be hosted in Spanish.

Ultimately, the LEC Roadtrips aim to deliver innovative new ways of sharing our passion for League of Legends. There is no doubt that Movistar KOI and Karmine Corp fans bring incredible passion to the league. For this reason, France and Spain seem like the perfect place to start this new chapter for the LEC.
