T1 won 2-1 against Gen.G and Liiv SANDBOX upset Dplus KIA 2-0 on Feb. 19, the fifth day of Week 5 of the 2023 League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) Spring Split at LOL Park in Seoul, South Korea.

Game 1: GEN wins

Gen.G won 26-15 against T1 in in 38:30 in Game 1, the bloodiest game of the split so far with 41 total kills. GEN botlaner Kim "Peyz" Su-hwan led in kills on his 11/3/7 Draven; midlaner Chovy earned Player of the Game honors on his 6/2/13 Jeong "Chovy" Ji-hoon; and support Yoo "Delight" Hwan-joong finished 3/2/17 on Annie and secured the earliest First Blood of the split at 0:49. T1 fought back in Game 2 with a 20-11 victory against Gen.G that lasted 27:41. T1 Gumayusi went 7/2/9 on Varus, midlaner Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok found a 4/2/3 Kassadin performance, toplaner Choi "Zeus" Woo-je finished 4/2/8 on Jayce, and support Ryu "Keria" Min-seok added a 1/1/14 score on Kalista. Game 3: T1 wins

In a back-and-forth game that lasted 14-11, T1 defended their spot atop the league with a 14-11 defeat of Gen.G in Game 3. While GEN led for large swaths of the game, Faker's 3/4/9 Annie found a perfect catch on GEN jungler Han "Peanut" Wang-ho that led to the victory. T1 Oner went 4/2/6 on Wukong, Gumayusi found a 3/3/6 KDA on Varus, and Keria was 3/0/8 on Jhin. GEN Chovy and his toplaner Choi "Doran" Hyeon-joon went 3/2/6 on Viktor and 4/2/2 on Jax in the loss. Liiv SANDBOX opened up their series against Dplus KIA with a 10-4 win in 32:55. LSB botlaner Lee "Envyy" Myeong-joon led in kills on his 5/0/5 Varus, support Kim "Kael" Jin-hong finished 4/2/6 on Annie, and jungler Kim "Willer" Jeong-hyeon was instrumental on his 0/1/9 Lee Sin pick.
