Rocket League’s popularity has been growing and growing in recent years. With the pro season well underway, it’s time to take a look at the best Rocket League teams in the world. These players must use a combination of strategy and skills to land the best goals for their teams and ensure their places in Rocket League history.

These five teams have consistently placed high in various competitions and are considered some of the best in the world. But that doesn’t mean the list is finite. Who knows, your favorite team might earn their place at the next Major!

1. FaZe Clan - World Championship Contenders

FaZe Clan is a North American-based organization that entered the Rocket League scene in 2021. However, since then, they’ve really made their mark on the game. Despite not winning any Majors just yet, they’re well on the way. In 2023, they’ve already beat out top tier teams including G2 Esports at the Winter Regionals. Their impressive gameplay and strategic approach have put them in the spotlight and made them a team to watch out for.

2. Gen.G Mobil1 Racing - Major Winners

Gen.G Mobil1 Racing is a fairly new team that’s suddenly at the forefront of the best Rocket League teams! This is a team that has consistently performed well in various competitions, earning themselves a W at the 2023 Fall Split Major. Despite only entering the scene in 2022, the US and British players are seemingly here to stay!

3. G2 Esports - Best Rocket League Team Contenders

No list of the best Rocket League teams would be complete without G2! They have been a dominant force in the Rocket League scene for several years. They have won numerous North American competitions and have placed high in the RLCS multiple times. After their 2nd place finish at Worlds in 2022, they’ll be coming for the crown this year.

4. Team Liquid - EU Giants

Team Liquid is one of the most well known names in esports. They got involved in Rocket League way back when in 2015 and have been a continuous presence in the game since then. The team has shown great skill and strategic gameplay, earning them numerous victories in various tournaments and competitions. While things may have fallen off a little for Liquid in the last season, they’re still one of the best Rocket League teams in the world.

5. Karmine Corps - Top Tier

Last but certainly not least, we just have to include Karmine Corps. While they might be a little less consistent than others on our list, they’re still one of the most exciting and skilled teams out there. The French org has only been competing since 2021 but have already had some impressive results. While they might not be happy with their 5th - 8th place finish at the Fall Split Major, there’s still plenty of time to move up the ranks in the next two tournaments.
