2022 Asian Games

The 19th Asian Games (or) 2022 Asian Games is an event that hosts multiple sports every four years for professional athletes all over Asia. This event was supposed to take place last year, but due to COVID-19 concerns was postponed. Hangzhou city in China is hosting the 19th Asian games and Dota2 will be an Official Medal Sport.

Chinese Dota2 Roster

China is the first country to announce its Dota2 roster. Being one of the dominant regions throughout International Dota, they are the favorites entering the tournament.

Ame and XinQ return for Asian Games!

The Dota2 community was surprised to see the roster announcement. The players did not make any official statements regarding their return, even though there were rumors. Ame is one of the PSG.LGD's star players, with his last win being Riyadh Masters 2022. Alongside him was XinQ, one of the best support players in the world. This duo is back to compete with their former PSG.LGD team.

According to CN Dota In A Nutshell, this is the complete roster,

Consisting of former PSG.LGD players and LaNm as Coach are incredibly experienced and will put on a great show.

There have not been any official updates on the Hangzhou 2022 website regarding the competition. With the event starting on 10th September 2023, there is still time for announcements. As of now, 18 countries are participating. Some of them are,
