Perhaps you’re new to Counter-Strike and looking to slowly get into the game without getting too competitive right away. Or you’re a more seasoned competitive-only player looking to relax with some alternative game modes. But what are the current CS2 maps you have access to in those other modes?

Counter-Strike 2’s main selling point is their Premier and Competitive game modes. But they aren’t the only game modes available to the playerbase. If you’re interested in branching out to explore more of what Counter-Strike 2 has to offer, this guide is for you.

All CS2 Game Modes

Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) is the newest addition to the Counter-Strike franchise and includes 6 official game modes (as of 22nd November 2024). These are: Competitive, Premier, Casual, Deathmatch, Wingman, and Arms Race.

This guide will focus on the latter 4. If you’re interested in checking out the map pool for Premier and Competitive, check our guide for that here.

Deathmatch and Casual Game modes have key differences, however, they share the same map pool and map groups. Meanwhile, Wingman has its separate pool of special-designed maps for the game mode. Same for Arms Race, which has its own unique pool of maps.
