The LCS Is Hitting the Road: Spring Finals 2026 Land at Mullett Arena in June

The LCS Is Hitting the Road: Spring Finals 2026 Land at Mullett Arena in June

The LCS Spring 2026 Finals just got a whole lot more exciting. Riot Games confirmed that the LCS Spring Finals will be held at Mullett Arena, located on the campus of Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, on June 13 and 14.

For the first time in LCS history, the Spring Finals will be hosted on a university campus, and the choice of ASU feels intentional. College towns are loaded with League of Legends fans, and Riot is clearly ready to meet them where they are.

What's at Stake in Tempe, Arizona

The competition side of things is equally compelling. The top three teams from the LCS Spring Playoffs will battle it out over two days, with the Spring title and a berth at the Mid-Season Invitational 2026 in Daejeon, South Korea on the line. That's not just a trophy run. It's a shot at representing North America on the global stage.

LCS Commissioner Mark Zimmerman didn't hide his excitement about the move away from LA:

"Our goal was to bring the LCS to fans across North America more often, and this is a first step toward that promise. Appearing on a collegiate campus, where many of our biggest fans and players are already centered, has been long overdue."

Pavan Turaga, Founding Director of The GAME School at ASU, added that esports is a top priority for the university, not just as competition but as a career pathway into production, event management, and team operations. Having the LCS come to campus is a natural extension of that vision.

How to Grab LCS Spring Finals tickets

Riot is offering two ways to get your hands on tickets for the 2026 LCS Spring Finals at Mullett Arena:

  • Mastercard Exclusive Presale: Opens at 6pm CET on April 17 and runs until 4pm CET on April 18, or until presale tickets sell out.
  • General On-Sale: Goes live at 6pm CET on April 18, open to everyone.

Purchases must be made through Ticketmaster using a valid Mastercard. Standard terms and conditions apply.

Just the Beginning

Riot has already teased that Mullett Arena is just the first stop in a broader initiative to bring LCS events to fans across the continent throughout 2026. More announcements are expected later in the year, so North American fans outside of Los Angeles have real reasons to stay tuned.

The LCS is expanding its footprint, and it starts in Arizona this June.
