ENCE announced the removal of Kacper "Kylar" Walukiewicz from the active roster ahead of signing two prominent academy players.

Kylar’s benching comes a month after Krzysztof "Goofy" Górski stepped down from the ENCE lineup, effectively ending the Polish core which was signed around Lukas "gla1ve" Rossander and Paweł "dycha" Dycha.

"First of all, I want to thank Kylar for this time with us. Kylar has great potential, which he showed at the beginning of the year," ENCE's general manager, Niklas "Willkey" Ojalainen, stated. "Kylar can be a really good player in the right environment, and I hope he can soon find a team that suits his skill set."

Kacper was key in finding success at IEM Katowice where ENCE reached the playoffs. However, ever since then, the team couldn’t find their footing as they failed to reach the Shanghai Major, in addition to last spot tournament finishes.

A breath of fresh air

Additionally, ENCE signed Ninjas in Pyjamas academy player Kacper "xKacpersky" Gabara and French talent Ryan "Neityu" Aubry from MOUZ NXT, making the in-game leader Lukas the only remaining player from their IEM Katowice campaign.

xKacpersky is a 17-year-old Polish entry fragger who shined during his time in Young Ninjas with some experience in tier one when he replaced Fredrik "REZ" Sterner during ESL Pro League Season 19.

“I have followed ENCE ever since dycha joined in 2021. Now I’m here, and it feels really nice. I don’t feel any pressure, but I hope we can get some achievements under our belts and qualify for a Major.” – xKacpersky

An additional key component of the new ENCE lineup is Neityu who received high praise from prominent players in the scene including Vitality’s in-game leader Dan "apEX" Madesclaire. The french youngster will be taking over the anchor and lurker roles which is a step up and a bigger responsibility from his time with French mix teams before he joined MOUZ NXT.

“It feels a bit surreal to join ENCE; years ago, I couldn’t have imagined this. I’m super glad to compete in this organization and with these players.” – Neityu

Niclas "enkay J" Krumhorn, ENCE's Head Coach, shared his thoughts on the new signings. And described them as ‘inexperienced players with immense potential’.

“Both xKacpersky and Neityu are young and relatively inexperienced players, but they possess immense potential. They are true grinders, eager to play, learn, and improve every day. Despite having less experience, they don’t shy away from responsibility and are willing to take matters into their own hands. They bring a fresh energy and drive to the team.” – enkay J

CS2 Major Revenue Share Changes Are Pushing Organizations Away from Counter-Strike

Valve’s new CS2 Major revenue share ties sticker income to VRS and final placement, removing capsule‑style payouts and concentrating money among top finishers. The result: higher volatility for clubs that relied on sticker cheques, early roster cuts like Gaimin Gladiators, and a narrower field of sustainable CS2 organizations unless the payout model changes.
