The journey of two teams will conclude tomorrow and we will get the final eight Playoff teams.

VCT Masters Shanghai: Final Swiss Round Draw

Round 3 (1-1)

Masters Shanghai Round 3 Predictions:

FunPlus Phoenix vs. Team Heretics

Shanghai has been a real test for Team Heretics, with VISA issues, limited practice and playing with the substitute, the team is constantly facing an uphill battle against their opposition.

FunPlus Phoenix on the other hand are displaying amazing VALORANT. They delivered an upset over FUT Esports and gave Gen.G, arguably the strongest team in the Swiss Stage, a run for their money.

Team Heretics’ limited practice time is sure to affect the game's outcome. Especially as the brand of VALORANT FPX plays involving unorthodox compositions and individualistic playstyle helps them exploit gaps in their opponents defense.

The win condition for Team Heretics will be their strong fundamentals, especially on defense to ensure FPX do not run away with the win. If both teams play their best VALORANT, the game will go the distance.

Team Heretics' strong fundamentals give them a slight advantage, but it would not be a surprise if FPX wins the fixture.

FUT Esports vs. Leviatán

After their first loss against Gen.G, Leviatán regrouped and looked much better in their game against T1. The whole team was playing and exuded confidence in the post-match press conference.

FUT Esports, haven’t shown strong performance during the event. They lost to FunPlus Phoenix and barely won over Dragon Ranger Gaming. They have been making a lot of mistakes and rely on hero plays to save the rounds.

The same won’t work against a lineup as strong as Leviatán’s, especially with a star duelist in aspas, FUT Esports will have to perform much better than the previous games, if they want to put up a fight against their opponents.

Leviatán will be the clear favorites in the game, especially with the teams’ current form. But they can’t slack off and have to play together as a team to make it through.
