Shen has received substantial buffs in this patch; his Q received a buff that increased the Empowered Bonus Magic Damage 10-40 (based on level) (+ 4 / 4.5 / 5 / 5.5 / 6% target's max HP) to 10-40 (based on level) (+ 5 / 5.5 / 6 / 6.5 / 7% target's max HP). This caused him to jump up by 17 spots on the leaderboards, all the way to the #1 spot according to op.gg.

Malzahar - 52.4% WR

Malzahar excels in this patch thanks to his intense wave clear and crowd control. With his ultimate being a point-and-click suppress, he can effectively lock down high-threat targets in team fights. His passive also provides a safety net against ganks and burst damage, enhancing his survivability in the mid-lane.

Veigar - 52.3% WR

Veigar stands out due to his ability to deal immense burst damage with his abilities, particularly his ultimate. His passive lets him scale infinitely, creating a threat as the game progresses. Annie - 51.94% WR

Annie received buffs to almost all her abilities this patch, which definitely showed in terms of win rates; she shot up a whopping 49 spots on the leaderboards. The buffs were to her Q, increasing the damage from 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+ 80% AP) to 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 80% AP). The mana cost of her W was reduced from 90 / 95 / 100 / 105 / 110 to 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90. And her R passive magic penetration was increased from 10 / 12.5 / 15% to 15 / 17.5 / 20%. We might see a slight nerf to these numbers if she proves to be too strong in this patch.

Yorick - 53.2% WR

Briar - 52.7% WR

Briar is a jungle champion focusing on aggression and sustaining through fights. Her kit allows her to clear rapidly and engage with burst potential. Players who enjoy high-tempo gameplay will find her refreshing, especially with her ability to impact the map swiftly.

ADC

Jinx - 51.9% WR

Miss Fortune - 51.5% WR
