With LPL 2024 in the sights, Ninjas in Pyjamas announced the departure of Xiang "Angel" Tao, Li "Invincible" Zhiqiang, Han "Pout" In-woong and Li "XLB" Xiaolong.

To fill their spot, the organization welcomed Song "Rookie" Eui-jin, Mao "AKi" An, Deng "Shanji" Zijian, and Yoon "Zero" Kyun-sup.

Additionally, Ying "Photic" Qishen and Wang "Zhuo" Xuzhuo have been retained for another year.

The new Ninjas in Pyjamas squad for LPL 2024 is:

The changes follow a tumultuous 2023 season, which saw Ninjas in Pyjamas placing 13th in Spring and 7th-8th in the Summer.

The most significant upgrade in the new squad is the mid-lane. Rookie has an LCK, an LPL, and a Worlds title to his name. He has the most kills over the last decade in the LPL and has been one of the best players in his role since his debut.

He had a shaky past few years results-wise, but he'd be looking to return stronger with NiP.

Shanji, the 2022 'Outstanding Rookie' made waves in 2022 and has continued to play as the 'top' talent irrespective of OMG's results.

His 'Jungle' partner from his previous team, AKi is a strong player in his own right.

Lastly, Zero will transition from Coach to Support sub for the Split. With a top solid core and a stable bottom, Ninjas in Pyjamas will look to make a strong run at LPL 2024.
