Blast Premier Spring Groups day 7 brings us the first Grand Finals of the series, with Vitality taking on Heroic, while NaVi and NIP fight again for a spot at the Grand Finals of group C.

Game 1: NaVi vs NIP.

For Game 1, NaVi took on NIP once again, but this time with the absence of hampus.  Map 1 was Inferno, picked by NIP. They had a good start, winning 5 rounds straight. But NaVi bounce back, ending the half 8-7 in their favor. NaVi continued this run of domination, allowing NIP to win only 3 rounds, winning the match 16-10. Nipl had quite a performance, topping the table with 22 kills.

NaVi picked Mirage for Map 2, where once again, NIP had a very solid start, winning 5 in a row. This time they continue their dominant form, ending the half 11-4. However, NaVi wasn’t able to muster a comeback this time, as NIP took the map 16-7. REZ topped the table with 25 kills, and a 1.72 rating.

Overpass was the deciding map once again. NaVi had quite a dominating start, ending the half 12-3, with s1mple stepping up for his team at 17 kills. NIP couldn’t take more than 2 rounds in the second half, as NaVi won the map 16-5. S1mple had an amazing showing, topping the table with 27 kills, 9 AWP kills, and a 2.07 rating.

Game 2: Vitality vs Heroic

Map 1 started off with Mirage, which was Heroic’s pick. They start off with a nice 1v2 clutch from Jabbi. However, VItality don’t take this sitting down, as ZywOo hits them right back with a Deagle 4k. Vitality had quite the run after this, ending the half 11-4. Although Heroic did try to piece together a few rounds, Vitality still won the match 16-11. ZywOo had 24 kills this game, with apeX and dupreeh right behind him with 23.

Vitality had picked Nuke for the second map, but this had proved to be a mistake. Although they managed to lead the first half 8-7, and got a good 11-7 lead in the second half. But a mind-boggling Ace from the Heroic captain Cadian put his team right back into the competition. Heroic show a T side masterclass as they take the map 16-13.

We go to Vertigo for map 3. Vitality had a great start with 5 consecutive round wins, but Heroic push back, ending the half 9-6 in favor of Vitality. It is a similar story in the second half, as Vitality dominate the first few rounds, but Heroic push back again. However, it wasn't enough as Vitality win the match 16-8. Magisk had quite the game with 26 kills and a 1.72 rating.

This win over Heroic means that Vitality is the first team to qualify for the Blast Premier Spring Finals 2023.
