BLAST has announced the group distribution and first-round matchups for the Fall Final, set to take place from September 25-29. BLAST divided the eight competing teams into two groups of four, with the top three from each group advancing to the playoffs.

Moreover, the group winners will earn a direct spot in the semi-finals, while the second and third-placed teams will begin their playoff journey in the quarterfinals.

Group A

Group A is set to deliver intense action, particularly as it is headlined by an opening match between G2 Esports and FaZe Clan. This encounter will mark their fifth meeting this year, with Finn "karrigan" Andersen's FaZe having secured their spot at the Fall Final through the Showdown.

Additionally, the group will feature a clash between Natus Vincere and Team Falcons, a match that pits one of the highest-ranked teams against one of the lowest at the event.

Group A opening matches and times:
  • NAVI vs Falcons - 25th September 12:00 CEST
  • G2 vs FaZe - 25th September 14:30 CEST

Group B

The second group kicks off with a highly anticipated showdown between Astralis and Vitality. Following this, Team Spirit will take on Team Liquid in the second opening match, where Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken and his team will aim to continue their positive momentum under the Canadian's leadership.

Group B opening matches and times:
  • Vitality vs Astralis - 25th September 17:00 CEST
  • Spirit vs Liquid - 25th September 19:30 CEST

As teams gear up for this critical stage of the competition, anticipation builds around these matchups as they all vie for a spot in the playoffs. So, be sure to catch all the action as it unfolds in Copenhagen.
