Overwatch 2 announces the 2025 OWCS Partner Teams

Back in December 2024, Overwatch Champions Series 2025 was introduced as an revamp for the existing esports system. Among other announcements were the introductions of partner teams for OWCS.

These partner teams are to receive monetary benefits via in-game items. Multiple organizations were invited to apply to the partnership program, with the applications closing 2nd December.

Today, Overwatch announced the nine partner teams across three regions. These organizations are:

Among these nine teams are some returning names like Gen.G, T1, Team Liquid and currently active teams like Team Falcons, Twisted Minds and more.

Unfortunately, there were some names missing amongst the nine team, the most notable has to be NRG, one of the most decorated teams in the esport.
