Coming into this elimination series, both teams had a respectable performance against the top two seeds in the LPL. The key matchup was easily Bin versus Shanji, two players who have made many highlight reels throughout these playoffs. The series went to a heartbreaking Game 5 where OMG’s cinderella run would end and BLG’s playoff run would continue. They now face the loser of EDG vs. JDG on Tuesday.

BILIBILI GAMING vs OH MY GOD (3-2)

GAME 1:

Both teams traded dives on to the bot and top turrets. BLG focused on getting Bin’s Kennen a nice lead while OMG’s mid laner Creme roamed bot side and picked up two kills on Sylas. BLG got the early drakes, forcing OMG to contest the dragon soul. At the fight, Bin’s early lead proved to be useful as he delivered a massive slicing maelstrom, putting OMG in the grave, and winning his team the first game of the series.

GAME 2:

BLG’s mid laner Yagao got his hands on Annie again and made sure he would have it banned against him for the rest of the series. BLG built up a 10K gold lead and somehow found a way to throw it all away. Shanji needed to step up on Kennen and eventually did but only after finishing his Deathcap at 45:00. OMG clawed their way back, and Able clutched up on his Aphelios. The game devolved into a battle between the six-item AD Carries at the Elder Dragon where OMG secured the buff and subsequently stole the game from BLG's hands.

GAME 3:

BLG's jungler Xun had an amazing early game on Viego and managed to get Yagao two early kills on Veigar. A pick he has played to perfection every time he's pulled it out, except this time his hard-scaling champion had an early gold boost. At 13:00, OMG won the second dragon fight in a decisive manner but unfortunately, Yagao was able to last-hit the dragon over the wall with his Veigar Q-ability. The game began to fall apart after that with Yagao showing off his Veigar prowess and sending the series to a fourth game. BLG were now up 2-1, with match point.

GAME 4:

OMG finally got what felt like their first good early game. Aki had an incredible game on Lee Sin, giving a lot of jungle attention to Shanji on his signature K’Sante pick. However things got shaky transitioning into the mid-game. At the soul fight, OMG had a messy engage and BLG capitalized on it. Able was almost able to carry, dealing 13K damage in one team fight. After a few item completions, he delivered even more in the proceeding team fight and brought us to a Game 5.

GAME 5:

Despite Able getting two early kills on Aphelios, BLG did well and responded with a few kills of their on onto Elk's Zeri. Proving that this series was a scrappy fist fight to see which AD Carry could have the most impact. BLG's support ON picked his Blitzcrank pocket pick and snatched multiple OMG carries from the safety of their teammates, making it easy for BLG to snowball their lead. By 24:00, BLG had accrued a 10K gold lead and after a one-sided team fight, they destroyed the nexus as well as the hearts of OMG.
