As Split 1 in the LTA North and South Conferences draw to a close, four teams from each side will make their bags and head for Sao Paulo, Brazil for the first LTA 2025 Split 1 Americas Stage. Set to take off on February 15th, the first cross-conference tournament of the LTA will decide which team will represent the Americas at the inaugural First Stand international tournament.

Let's go a head and take a look at what we can expect from the LTA 2025 Split 1 Americas Stage.

LTA 2025 Split 1 Americas Stage Format

The very first cross-conference tournament of the new LTA league will be played out across a single elimination bracket. The four qualified teams from each conference will play in the opening quarterfinals against a rival from the opposite conference. This means that, to start off the tournament, the #1 North team will play against the #4 South team, and vice versa, while the #2 and #3 seeds play against one another.

Matches for the LTA 2025 Split 1 Americas Stage will be best-of-3, with the exception of the first LTA Grand Final, which will be a best-of-5 series instead. To continue what we have seen in the North and South Conferences so far, the upcoming tournament will feature the use of Fearless Draft, ensuring each new game in a series will feature fresh and exciting picks.

The team that goes on to win the tournament will not only become the first ever LTA Champions, but also earn bragging rights for their region as they will become the sole LTA representatives at First Stand, where they will compete against other first seeds from around the world.
