[UPDATED] LEC Season Finals 2024: Teams, Format, Schedule and more

Now that the LEC Summer Season has come to an end following G2 and Fnatic's thrilling grand finals, the time has come for the most important European tournament of the year in League of Legends.

The stage is set for the LEC to culminate in the highly anticipated Season Finals, beginning on August 10th and concluding on September 1st in Munich, Germany. As the top teams in Europe square off against each other, the event will determine which top European teams earn their spots at the 2024 World Championship.

Season Finals Format

The LEC 2024 Season Finals will feature a double-elimination bracket. The top four seeds will start in the upper bracket, while the fifth and sixth seeds will begin in the lower bracket.

Matches will commence with best-of-5 series, ensuring ample opportunity for teams to showcase exciting picks and their ability to adapt.

Schedule 

Winners' Bracket - Opening Weekend

Lower Bracket Matches - Dates TBA

The losing teams from the winners' bracket will face SK Gaming and GIANTX, respectively, in the lower bracket. The higher seed among the losers will face SK Gaming, while the remaining team will go up against GIANTX.

Dates Round 2 and Round 3 of the LEC Season Finals will be announced at a later date.

With G2 Esports already qualified for Worlds, the Season Finals will decide the remaining European representatives.
