Though the news had been around for a while, KOI, formerly known as MAD Lions KOI, have now taken to social media to officially announce the addition of Joseph "Jojopyun" Pyun to their roster for the LEC in 2025.

Backing up the big talk

It is not secret that G2's tenured star, Rasmus "Caps" Winther, has been the best mid laner in the LEC for several years now, if not perhaps also the greatest Western League of Legends player of all time. Now, Caps can add 'worthy of Jojo's respect' to his long list of accomplishments.

Jokes aside, though, Jojopyun has always been one to enjoy getting knee-deep in trash talk. Following his announcement video from KOI, however, Jojo will have to live up to the talk in the coming LEC 2025 season. The first North American player set to compete in the LEC will have to fend off the fiends as Jojo is sure to have half the league come for his head the minute he steps onto the rift.
