League of Legends is a game that is currently over 14 years old. So, how many League of Legends Champions are there? Over the course of its duration as one of the top leading video games in the esports and gaming industries, they have released more than 150 champions.

What is a Champion?

A champion in League of Legends is the character that you play in the game. The character you choose likely has 4 abilities called your kit and base stats. The abilities will typically adhere to a specific theme or synergize together. For example, Lissandra is thematically a frost mage and therefore has ice powers to slow down enemies and deal damage to them. There is a wide selection of champions to choose from who have their own unique gameplay styles.
