The Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is set to be an electrifying showdown where the crème de la crème of the Rainbow Six Siege world will clash. After a series of rigorous qualifiers, the best teams from across the globe have earned their spots to compete in this prestigious event.

With a staggering $2,000,000 USD prize pool up for grabs and the opportunity to etch their names into the annals of esports history, the stakes have never been higher. The competition promises to be fierce, showcasing top-tier strategy, skill, and teamwork on an international stage.

Format

  • The EWC will start off with the Group Stage
    • Consists of two groups of eight teams each.
    • They will be competing in a double-elimination bracket.
    • All matches, except for elimination games, are Bo1,
    • Elimination games are Bo3.
  • The top four teams from each group advance to the Playoffs.
    • Playoffs will follow an eight-team single-elimination format.
    • In the playoffs, all matches, except for the grand final, are Bo3,
    • The Grand Final will be a Bo5 showdown.

Schedule

    • The entirety of the tournament will run from July 31st to August 4th.
      • Group Stage matches will take place on July 31st to August 1st.
      • The Playoffs will commence from August 2nd to 4th, with the Grand Finals taking place on the final day.
  • Timings of the matches have not yet been revealed.

Prize Pool

The Rainbow Six Siege division of the Esports World Cup will be competing for a prize pool of a staggering $2,000,000 USD, which will be divided amongst the teams as follows:

  • 1st Place: $750,000 + 1000 Club Points
  • 2nd Place: $350,000 + 600 Club Points
  • 3rd - 4th Place: $160,000 + 275 Club Points
  • 5th - 8th Place: $80,000 + 60 Club Points
  • 9th - 12th Place: $40,000
  • 13th - 16th Place: $25,000
