BLAST will make their final stop of the year in Asia for the first time following their partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board, and AEG Presents Asia. In Singapore, eight of the best performing teams throughout the year will fight for glory and a whopping $1M prize pool starting October 30 up until the 3rd of November.

The event will be an electrifying showdown, fueled by the recent results as some of the top dogs failed to meet expectations.

With FaZe Clan, G2 Esports and Astralis shaking in their boots, Team Vitality and Natus Vincere are the most convincing going into the tournament. So, can the hornets defend their title, or will Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen add another trophy to their cabinet?

Be sure to keep an eye on the event as the action unfolds in Resorts World Convention Centre. But before that, here’s everything you should know about the BLAST Premier World Final 2024.

BLAST Premier World Final Format

Group stage

The tournament begins with the Group Stage, which features two double-elimination format groups, following the GSL format. Each group consists of four teams, engaging in all matches as BO3s. The top three teams from each group progress to the Playoffs.

Group stage winners secure direct passage to the Semifinals. Meanwhile, the Group stage runners-up claim spots in the Quarter finals as the High Seeds, earning a chance to continue their journey through the bracket.

Moreover, teams finishing third in their respective groups also advance to the Quarter finals, albeit as the Low Seeds. Despite a less favorable position, they still have an opportunity to make their mark in the Playoffs.

Playoffs

The Playoffs features a Single-Elimination bracket. The Quarter finals and Semifinals maintain the BO3 format. Finally, the Grand Final, the pinnacle of the tournament, adopts a BO5 format, ensuring an electrifying series between the remaining contenders.
