The Asia-Pacific region offered three Major spots, and the competition was fierce. While The Mongolz were favored to qualify, the journey was full of surprises, including an upset by FlyQuest, who toppled DRILLAS and Lynn Vision Gaming. Meanwhile, Rare Atom proved themselves as a dominant force with convincing performances to secure their place.

Americas RMR

The Americas RMR showcased a mix of predictable and surprising outcomes. Wildcard Gaming, led by veteran Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz, shocked everyone with a flawless 3-0 performance to take the top spot. The rest of the slots were filled by familiar names, but the final qualification battle between FURIA and M80 ended with FURIA’s commanding win, solidifying their spot.

European RMR A

In the first phase of the European RMRs, NaVi were denied their 3-0 by MOUZ, who managed to go 3-0 themselves. Team Vitality were in the top spot after absolutely decimating their competition on the way to the Major. Also making an appearance are Fnatic, after missing out on the Copenhagen Major. The battle for the final spot was between GamerLegion and BetBoom Team, where GamerLegion completed the reverse sweep to punch their tickets to Shanghai.

European RMR B

Over on the other side of the European RMR, it was BIG and 3DMAX who shocked everyone as they went 3-0 to claim the top 2 spots in the RMRs. Ukrainian side Passion UA also put themselves on the radar, as they pulled off a 3-2 record against some heavy hitters. Astralis, on the other hand, missed their fourth Major in a row, signalling their continued disappointment in recent years. Team Spirit, a favorite in many people's books, went down to the wire as they fought NIP in the 7th place decider. They claimed the final spot for the Major, and punched their ticket to Shanghai.

As the RMRs have come to an end, we have our 24 teams who are going to go to Shanghai to fight for ultimate glory in the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024. As Shanghai prepares to host this prestigious event, fans worldwide can look forward to witnessing history in the making. Let the countdown begin!
