BetBoom Team has officially confirmed the rumours, announcing Roman “Resolut1on-” Fomynok will officially standin’ for the team at The Berlin Major. The announcement also confirmed the team's hard-carry player Ivan "Pure" Moskalenko's visa issues to attend The Berlin Major.

With DreamLeague Season 19  on its grand finals days, the Berlin Major is on the horizon. However, as players migrate to Europe for the tournament, securing a visa is becoming a nightmare. Earlier this month, Team Aster announced Sumail is going to be standin’ in for the team. Multiple sources also at the time claimed that BetBoom, a team from Easter Europe, was also going through the same issues.

The New Plan

The team led by The International 2021 Champion, Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Khertek, displayed marvellous results during the Eastern Europe Division I Spring Tour playoffs, only losing to the top teams in the region, Team Spirit and HellRaisers. With a score of five wins and two losses, the team qualified for The Berlin Major, taking the last available seed given to the region.

However, with their carry player facing visa issues, BetBoom Team offlane player Egor “Nightfall” Grigorenko stepped up to fill his shoes. Thus, his offlane role became vacant in the team. Before the official announcement, ATF and Daxak were the rumoured players to standin' for the BetBoom Team. Despite the favourites, BetBoom Team filled the vacancy with Resolut1on-.  Resolut1on- was not the top choice because recently, he was rumoured to be a standin’ for OG. Multiple reports also claimed OG’s offlane player Dmitry "DM" Dorokhin is facing visa issues.

Resolut1on currently is playing for Old G in Wester Europe Division II Spring Tour. Despite being the favourites, the team is struggling. The team is in danger of getting relegated with only two wins under their belt. The team is in the 6th place in the groups.
