According to the latest announcement by Top Esports (TES), long-time Jungler for JDG, Seo “Kanavi” Jin-hyeok, has officially signed with them a day after the player departed from JDG. Kanavi spent 6 years with JDG, performing as one of the best-rated Junglers in the LPL over that period.

He now rejoins forces with former comrade on the rift, Bai “369” Jia-Hao (the 2 were part of the JDG superteam back in 2023).

Kanavi: The Final Part of the SuperTeam Puzzle

While there are quite a few exciting LPL rosters coming into 2025, perhaps this project has not caught as many eyebrows as it should have. The reunion between Kanavi and 369 is the obvious one, however, in the same breath, TES also managed to secure the services of Yoon “Homme” Sung-young as their new head coach.

Homme has been in retirement for the last year since his last posting - in JDG. Yes, that’s right, he was the head coach for the team many consider the closest to having completed the Golden Road back in 2023. The team that lost a single series the entire year.

Adding to this, we have none other than Yu “JackeyLove” Wen-Bo, former World Champion (Invictus Gaming 2018) and widely considered one of the most mechanically gifted AD Carry players in the world.

TES brought on Liu “Crisp” Qing-Song, recent Worlds 2023 finalist to support him in the bot lane. And finally, the exciting Creme in the mid lane, one of the fast-emerging stars of the new LPL era.

With this pickup, TES has completed their roster for the 2025 LPL season, presenting a star-studded lineup for the new year.
