With every LCK team securing their rosters, Dplus KIA has announced the re-signing of Heo “ShowMaker” Su for three years. The announcement comes after the re-signing of Kim “Kellin” Hyeong-gyu yesterday.

The Kellin announcement also introduced Hwang “Kingen” Seong-hoon, Kim "Aiming" Ha-ram and also the promotion of Choi "Lucid" Yong-hyeok. With these additions, the Dplus KIA is set for 2024.

The Dplus KIA 2024 squad will be:

The former Best Esports Athlete and a 2020 Worlds Champions ShowMaker will definitely look to replicate his previous success. The other player retained from the previous squad is Kellin. Kellin has been a great support player for the squad. Unfortunately, the year of 2023 wasn’t as good for the ShowMaker or Dplus KIA squad.

The squad now features KT Rolster’s Aiming. Aiming was announced as the part of All-LCK First team for Summer 2023. With Aiming, KT Rolster was amongst the top teams in the LCK, Unfortunately they could not replicate the success on the international level.

Kingen, the 2022 Worlds Finals MVP, will serve as the Dplus KIA roster’s Top lane. The former World Champion played with Hanwha Life in 2023 and did not see the same amount of success as the former DRX squad Kingen played with.

The last member of the squad is Lucid. The Jungler was previously part of Dplus challengers and the consensus named him the regular season MVP for 2023. Lucid's amazing performance led to Dplus promoting him to the main squad.  The Dplus KIA squad looks strong on paper and it’d be interesting to see how they perform when the season rolls out.

Within a few days of the Worlds 2023 finals, most LCK teams seem poised to take on the new season.
