It's been two weeks since Marc Robert “Caedrel” Lamont announced the Los Ratones roster featuring Rekkles. The team has made multiple streams since the announcement, showcasing their scrims and practices, as well as official matches, successfully amassing a giant fan base in support of them in a very short span of time. They are currently competing in the No Need Orga Cup Season 2 featuring pro players and content creators.

They had a strong start to the tournament, 3-0ing in their debut series and are set to face off against the host team, NNO in the next series. In the meanwhile, they have already secured another massive tournament. As announced on the Los Ratones X, the team has been invited to Red Bull League of Its Own to play alongside T1, G2 and Karmine Corp.

Rekkles Faces Three Ex-Teams At Red Bull Event

Los Ratones will start their tournament facing the current World Champions T1. Rekkles, who played a supporting role in T1’s journey to lift the Summoner's Cup, will reunite with his former allies on the rift albeit on the opposite side this time. The event also features two more of Rekkles’ former teams in G2 and Karmine Corp, making the event a three-way reunion for Rekkles.

Hosted by Accor Arena in Paris, Red Bull League of Its Own is a Showmatch tournament that usually features top teams around the world with the biggest fan bases. With Caedrel’s massive influence and names like Rekkles, Thebausffs, and Nemesis, the Los Ratones squad will be warmly welcomed to the event. Especially with the traction the team has been gathering.

The tournament starts December 15th and will feature 7 teams. Red Bull will broadcast the tournament live on Twitch and YouTube. You can also check out the tournament on Strafe.
