After a successful Major Run, The Rio Major Winners, Outsiders will be looking to make changes ahead of the 2023 season. The team will replace David "n0rb3r7" Daniyelyan with Aleksandr "KaiR0N-" Anashkin. The change follows the upsetting finish at the Blast Premier World Finals.

Outsiders 2022:

First half of 2022:

Virtus Pro coming into 2022, was one of the strongest teams in the CIS region. The team with Jame, Qikert, Fl1t, Buster, and YEKINDAR became Outsiders after ESL announced the banning of Russian Organizations. As Outsiders the team debuted with ESL Pro League S15 but exited early. The team bailed out in the group stage of the PGL Major Antwerp 2022. Following the upsetting run at the Major, the team decided to bench Buster and Yekinder for the year's second half. n0rb3r7 and fame from K23 joined the team to fill spots left by the departure of buster and YEKINDAR. With the new roster, Outsiders won the ESL challenger Dreamhack Rotterdam and qualified for IEM RIO Major 2022.

 IEM Rio Major Adventures:

At the Rio Major, Outsiders started in the Challengers stage and, despite losing the first match, won the next three to qualify for the Legends stage. Outsiders matched with Heroic at the legends stage and lost the first match. But they won the next two to face MOUZ who they lost to in The Challengers Stage. In the BO3 series, the Outsiders took down MOUZ 2-0 to qualify for the Champions stage. Outsiders faced Fnatic in the Quarterfinals. They defeated Fnatic 2-0 to face MOUZ once again. Facing MOUZ, Outsiders won the first map, but MOUZ returned to win the second map. In the last map, the Outsiders overcame MOUZ to reach their first Major finals.

Outsiders met Heroic once again at the Major Finals, and just like a fairy tale ending, Outsiders took down Heroic 2-0 with Map scores of 16-5 and 16-12 to win their first Major championship. With the Major win, the team qualified for Blast Premier World Final 2022 and IEM Katowice 2023. At the Blast Premier World Final 2022, the team bailed out in the group stage. Soon after the team's exit, rumors of changes started. The rumors suggested the n0rb3r7's replacement.

Preparations for the CSGO 2023 Season:

n0rb3r7's spent six months with the roster, and despite the decent performance, the team needed change. n0rb3r7 is benched but is not on the transfer list. The team brought Aleksandr "KaiR0N-" Anashkin as a temporary replacement for n0rb3r7. KaiRON- will be playing with the team for IEM Katowice 2023. KaiRON is an 18 y.o. Rifler, who played for INDI RAE and Spirit Academy. He will play under JAME, and it will be interesting to see how it turns out.

Another Early Exit, Same Old Story: Team Falcons Are Running Out Of Excuses

There is a cruel irony at the heart of Team Falcons' CS2 project. Hand someone from 2022 their current roster sheet — NiKo, m0NESY, TeSeS, Kyxsan, kyosuke, all under the tutelage of five-time Major-winning coach Zonic — and they would confidently declare this team the undisputed best in the world. And yet, here we are in March 2026, watching Falcons get knocked out of BLAST Open Spring in the quarterfinals by PARIVISION.
