Boxi Regarding SabeRLight-: "He's Probably Chilling And Playing Minecraft"
Team Liquid is on a roll at DreamLeague Season 28. They have an impressive 10-4 score in the first group stage and an unbeaten three series victory streak in the second group stage. Their victory over Falcons now ties them in first place with Aurora Gaming.
After a quick series on day three, Samuel "Boxi" Svahn had a quick post-game interview to discuss why they won so easily, his thoughts on SabeRLight, and why Team Liquid is on a roll right now.
Boxi: "Saber, I don't think he has had many competitive games lately."

The conversation began by discussing the offlane situation at Team Falcons. Ammar “AMMAR_THE_F” Alassaf missed the series due to recovering from an eye infection. Boxi attributed their easy victory in large part due to Ammar's absence. With the other being simple human biology.
"For two reasons [we won]. One is Ammar is not playing, so probably their team is a little demotivated by that. And the second reason is it's pretty late. I was pretty tired and then I took a nap and maybe they didn't nap, so they were a bit tired."

A team has to field five players or forfeit the match. Falcons was able to bring in Jonáš "SabeRLight-" Volek as a stand-in but Svahn wasn't impressed with the result.
"Saber, I don't think he has had many competitive games lately. So he's probably chilling and playing Minecraft or whatever. If I'm honest, he's probably not so practiced right now. What you gonna do, you have a break, you're probably not playing Dota all day."
During the series, Liquid was able to invade the enemy triangle and take a triple stack. While it wasn't a huge economical hit for Falcons, Boxi explained that stealing stacks is more than just a financial hit for the enemy team.
"I hate it when our stacks get stolen. I feel like I keep stacking and I tell my team "guys we need to kill it now or they're gonna invade". And one minute later, we don't kill it and I lose the stack, it's the worst. So I know losing the stack is so much mental damage on the enemy supports."
"Jabbz instated a quota, of playing minimum pubs a day"

Team Liquid was looking a little shake a couple of months ago. They were eliminated in the first group stage of DreamLeague 27. The team also failed to make it through the Birmingham Qualifiers.
Things have gotten significantly better recently. A victory at Blast Slam VI and now a dominant group stage performance in DreamLeague 28. Boxi attributed the team's success to more grinding in pubs, courtesy of the team's coach.
"We played a little bit better in Malta than we did this tournament. At least in the beginning. But one month ago, our secondary coach jabbz, he instated a quota, of playing minimum pubs a day. I feel like when we lost in qualifiers we were still figuring things out. But things are more streamlined now"
We can't discuss the current meta without bringing up Jakiro. He is the most picked hero at DreamLeague 28, with 53 appearances and a 41% win rate. His overall popularity doesn't impress Boxi, who finds the hero to be mostly balanced.
"I feel like for three months in a row, I have to lane against a Jakiro who was twice as good as he is now level one. Where his spells did twice as much damage compared to now. So I have a lot of experience getting absolutely destroyed by Jakiro. I think nerfing it, probably got nerfed pretty heavily and now I would say it's ok. The problem I would say is his auto attacks hit a bit too strong. You can nerf the percentage on the facet by a few percent then I think he would be ok."
