Riot Games has finally revealed the T1 Worlds 2024 skins, celebrating the organization’s fifth World Championship victory in League of Legends. Dubbed The Unkillable Knights of the Crown, these commemorative cosmetics arrive after the longest gap in Worlds skin history, landing just weeks before the 2025 World Championship kicks off.

While fans had to endure a longer wait than usual as the skins are typically revealed around MSI, the final designs have set the community buzzing over their darker, knightly aesthetic.

Champion Selections and Final Skins

Following tradition, each T1 player chose a champion to represent their triumph:

The lineup reflects champions central to their Worlds-winning run, with Faker standing out as the only player to receive two selections in recognition of his Finals MVP performance.

A Darker Theme: The Unkillable Knights

Unlike past T1 Worlds skins that leaned into brighter tones, the 2024 collection embraces a black-and-red palette with heavy armor, crimson accents, and knightly motifs. This battle-hardened aesthetic ties back to the team’s identity as the Unkillable Demons of League, while also resembling darker skinlines like EDG’s 2021 Worlds set.

Each champion design feels cohesive, bound by metallic detailing and crimson flourishes that highlight T1’s legacy. However, some fans argue that the darker tones risk blending in with other recent Riot releases rather than standing apart.

Playful and Personal Recall Animations

What truly shines in the 2024 T1 Worlds skins are their recall animations, which are packed with easter eggs referencing each player:

  • Zeus’ Gnar: Fiercely bites the Worlds trophy, echoing his infamous trophy mishap.
  • Oner’s Vi: Dons his 2024 Worlds jacket before uppercutting a punching bag in true showman style.
  • Faker’s Yone: Carves a constellation of the trophy before delivering his iconic “shh” pose.
  • Gumayusi’s Varus: Shoots a Baron piñata, then celebrates with a giant croissant, his Paris snack now immortalized.
  • Keria’s Pyke: Summons a ghostly boat with a treasure chest before unveiling a shining trophy constellation.

The Prestige Sylas Debate

Faker’s additional Prestige Sylas skin has drawn mixed reactions. Instead of following the traditional gold-and-white Prestige look, this variant equips Sylas with shimmering black armor and crimson chains. While edgy, critics feel it lacks the celebratory “MVP” aura expected of such an exclusive skin. Even so, Faker himself has expressed that this is one of his favorite skins from his decorated career.

Availability and Community Reception

The T1 Worlds 2024 skins are live on the PBE in Patch 25.18 and expected to hit live servers in September 2025. Fans are eagerly awaiting their in-game visuals.

The collection cements T1’s legendary status. With Faker now owning over ten League of Legends skins, and T1 continuing to be a dominant Worlds contender, this skinline is a celebration of esports history.
