Opening Matches

Thursday, 20th February 08:00 GMT: EDward Gaming vs. Team Liquid

EDward Gaming solidified their dominance in China by winning the VCT China Kickoff and are the current VALORANT Champions title holder but will see in Team Liquid a formidable opponent.

Yes, Liquid fumbled the VCT EMEA Grand Final to Team Vitality, but have showed quality and potential to go for a deep Masters run - this match is probably the closest one of the opening duels.

Thursday, 20th February 11:00 GMT: DRX vs. Sentinels

DRX are the Pacific champions and are arriving at Bangkok with momentum from the event. DRX is arguably one of the most consistent teams globally and a tough opponent for any team.

Sentinels secured second place in the Americas Kickoff after falling to G2 in the final. Sen City arrives at yet another international tournament hoping to bring their experience and fresh new talents to the trophy once again.

21st February 08:00 GMT: Team Vitality vs. T1

Team Vitality arrives as EMEA’s top seed after an undefeated run in the regional Kickoff. With star players like Derke and Less leading the charge, they are one of the tournament favorites.

T1 on the other hand, shown flashes of brilliance but struggled with consistency during the Pacific Kickoff, finishing as runners-up to DRX. They have the potential, but need to address their difficulties very fast if they want a chance against Vitality.

Friday, 21st February 11:00 GMT: G2 Esports vs. Trace Esports

G2 Esports enters the tournament as the dominant champions of the VCT Americas Kickoff and the favorites in this matchup. Their undefeated streak and strong showing put Trace Esports as the underdogs, even proving their mettle by defeating EDward Gaming during the VCT China Kickoff

Championship Points

In addition to the prize money, teams will earn Championship Points based on their final placement. These points are crucial for teams as they are all aiming to qualify for VALORANT Champions Paris 2025, the most prestigious event of the VCT season.

  • 1st Place: 5 Championship Points
  • 2nd Place: 3 Championship Points
  • 3rd Place: 2 Championship Points
  • 4th Place: 1 Championship Point
