VALORANT Champions Group Stage Part 2: Double Trouble from China

Group A:
Coming out on top from Group A, we have Paper Rex, who managed to cruise through their matchups. They had an easy 2-0 win against KRU. And followed up with another 2-0 win against EDG to secure their spot in the Playoffs.
EDward Gaming retained the second spot, after battling it out thrice. They had a decent opener against Giants, where they took a 2-1 win. Although their loss against PRX was a spanner in the works, they pushed through. They pulled off a very dominating win against Giants in the decider rematch. EDG won the game 2-0 to qualify to the playoffs of VALORANT Champions 2023.
KRU and Giants were the two eliminated from this group. Giants managed to take on win against KRU. While the South American squad went out with 2 losses.
Group C:
Over on the other side, to no one’s surprise, it was Fnatic who claimed the top spot. They had two very dominating 2-0 wins against ZETA and BLG, granting them their spot in the Playoffs.
Second in the group was Bilibili Gaming. They had a strong 2-0 win in their opening match against NRG. Once again, they faced off against NRG in the decider, repeating the same as in the previous match. They took a clean 2-0, this time with more dominance, as they made their way into the Playoffs.
The two teams eliminated from this group were NRG and ZETA Division. ZETA failed to claim a single win, as they are sent home. While NRG will have 1 victory to show for their Champions run in 2023.
