The sixth man for the VCT America's Sentinels, Hunter "SicK" Mims, was arrested on March 4th in Texas. The Valorant professional was charged with criminal trespassing and spent two days in prison. According to a report released by Dot Esports' George Geddes, SicK was charged with Class B Misdemeanor and held on bond for $5000. He is currently held at the Collin Couty Jain in Dallas, Texas.

This comes after a rough time of Sick as he deals with personal issues. During the second split of VCT Challenger NA 2022, SicK took a leave of absence from the roster to deal with mental health issues. He returned to compete in June and was listed as a sixth man for the partnered Sentinels roster.

Sick travelled with the players for the VCT LOCK//IN event. But at the event, the management did not allow him to scrim with his team or stay in the room. Furthermore,

Sentinels and Riot did not allow SicK to attend the live event to see the team play. The player alleged that Sentinels management was being disrespectful of him. SicK also explained the situation on the stream after a series of tweets.

Paired with personal life issues of Hunter surrounding his relationship, the player has had a couple of rough weeks. The mental health issues and personal life problems translated into an altercation with the Ferrari dealership employee in Dallas texas. The employee asked Mims to leave the dealership but Mims did not comply. This lead to the involvement of the Texas police. Later, The Texas County charged Mims with a Class B misdemeanor. The Texas County Prison currently holds Mims and they have not released him yet. He can face a fine of upto $2000 or a jail term of upto 180 days.

Sentinels suspend Sick:

Following the drama and the arrest, Sentinels have decided to suspend Sick from the active roster. The organization and his former teammates have continuously tried to reach out to him. Sentinels has reportedly worked with the Mims family to assist him with personal issues. They are yet to release a public statement on the subject matter.

As for Sentinels, they will be looking for a new sixth man to compete at the VCT Americas. Currently, Marved and Yay are the two biggest F/A in the market and Sentinels is presently eyeing the former Optic Star Marved as a possible fill. Sentinels will compete in VCT Americas starting in two weeks.
