Nigma Galaxy captain Kuro "KuroKy" Takhasomi secures the team's first win this DPC season. The team played through their strengths regardless of OG's draft and strategy to secure a 2-1 victory.

Draft Analysis & Overview

Game 1

The first game was a standard KuroKy draft. It helped the team dominate all three lanes with better last hits and early rotations by GH's Tusk. This caused OG to lose all their Tier 1 towers to SumaiL's Death Prophet and MC's Lycan. However, OG did a great job stalling the game for Yuragi's Slark to farm. The game turned in favor of OG when DM caught Sven and Death Prophet in a much-needed Enigma Blackhole. Following which, snowballed the Slark into picking off NGX heroes and winning the game.

Game 2

This was when Nigma Galaxy showed their true strength. "The King" SumaiL once again dominated his lane with Leshrac, not giving OG enough time to react because of the global potential that Nigma's draft provided. Ivan "MinD_ContRoL" Ivanov and Maroun "GH" Merhej, with their signature heroes Nature's Prophet and IO showed up for ganks initiated by Riki's sleeping darts, which was a key aspect of their game. However, Ammar stole the show this game proving to be a versatile player on his first-ever Slark pick. Shutting down OG's Ursa in the Roshan Pit and diving Tier4 towers Nigma was able to close the game 26 minutes in.

Game 3

In the final game, both teams were at each other's throats with constant ganks since minute 5. Although Nigma Galaxy drafted only a support Naga Siren to provide a catch, the follow-up damage & slows from SumaiL's KOTL and MC's Nature's Prophet kept OG on their feet. While OG was reacting to the moves of Nigma, Ammar had free farm on his classic Razor to acquire an early BKB. This made Ammar unkillable for the rest of the game. Along with the constant heals from KOTL, KuroKy's Undying, and a gleipnir rush from MC, there was no stopping NGX. Nigma ends with a strong 27-9 lead at minute 40.

Nigma Galaxy's Progression

In the post-game interview by GH, he spoke about the team's support system and how the captain and coach are constantly helping the team achieve their goal. Also, SumaiL being one of the best Mid players in Dota2 provides a lot of morale for the team. When it comes to their newest addition Ammar, the team is happy with his play style. GH goes on to say that Ammar has an incredible work ethic and is working on increasing his hero pool, which we will hopefully see in their upcoming matches.
