According to tweets from Brieuc "LEC Wooloo" Seeger, Danish midlaner Nicolaj "Jensen" Jensen and Danish jungler Lucas "Santorin" Tao Kilmer Larsen have verbally agreed to play for Dignitas of the League Championship Series (LCS) in 2023.

The two countrymen have played together in two splits as a part of Team Liquid, both in 2021.

Jensen took the 2022 LCS Spring Split off before joining Cloud9 in May. His team won the 2022 LCS Summer Split Championship and went to Worlds as North America's first seed, where they were eliminated in Groups.

Jensen started his pro career in 2015 on C9, where he played for three-and-a-half years. The 27-year-old left C9 in November 2018 due to frustration with the coaching staff, and he joined Team Liquid for three years, where he won two LCS championships in 2019. In December 2021, he was dropped by Team Liquid and replaced by rival Danish midlaner Søren "Bjergsen" Bjerg, who himself left the team on Nov. 11.

Santorin has played for a litany of North American and European teams, major and minor, but he has been an LCS staple since joining FlyQuest in May 2018. After FlyQuest, the 25-year-old played for Team Liquid in 2021 and 2022. He has one LCS championship — Spring 2015 — from his time with TSM.

In a now-deleted Nov. 9 tweet, Jensen announced that he was seeking a new team as a free agent, but there's been no official "Thank You" posts from C9 or Team Liquid as of this article's publication.

On Nov. 14, Dignitas announced via Twitter that midlaner Ersin "Blue" Gören was leaving the team. The Belgian 21-year-old spent 2022 on Dignitas after a one-year stint on the League of Legends European Championship (LEC)'s SK Gaming in 2021. It's unclear what Dignitas plan to do with American jungler Lawrence Lin "eXyu" Xu, currently under contract until November 2024.

According to a Nov. 14 report by Jaxon writers Yohan Markov and Benjamin Mock, Dignitas also reached a verbal agreement with former MAD Lions toplaner İrfan Berk "Armut" Tükek to replace contracted Korean toplaner Lee "Hoon" Jang-hoon for 2023. Dignitas would be Armut's second major region team after a two-year turn on MAD Lions. Before that, he spent three-and-a-half years with several teams in the Turkish Championship League (TCL).

Dignitas additionally has two other players currently under contract: Canadian botlaner Trevor "Spawn" Kerr-Taylor and Canadian support Vincent "Biofrost" Wang.
