Harbor: Water Bending Valorant Agent 21 codenamed "Mage" is revealed
It has been a few weeks since Valorant Twitter has been teasing the next agent with multiple tweets and in-game lore. Today, Valorant finally dropped the new agent's name and a teaser of his abilities. Harbor, an Indian, will join the Valorant Initiative as its 21st agent.
Codenamed Mage, Many data miners leaked Valorant's Agent 21 a while ago. While a lot of speculation surrounded his ability, it was sure that the agent would be Valorant fifth Controller alongside Brimstone, Viper, Omen, and Astra. Riot also confirmed the agent is a controller.
Harbor's complete kit is yet to be disclosed, but his abilities will involve bending water and putting a wall similar to that of Viper but with abilities to block bullets. Not too long ago, an image of Agent 21's complete kit was leaked, later discovered to be a fake.
Riot has been teasing Harbor for a while now, dropping images of Multiple Indian places and an audio clip in Cypher's audio log. In the State of the Agent September, along with the balance changes to fade, chamber, etc., John Goscicki teased the new agent, signing off the new agent post with "Jald hi milte hain," translating to "We will meet soon" in English.

Finally, today Valorant released a teaser video of Harbor being chased by Realm operatives and dropping an image with the agent's name and abilities.
Harbor Valorant Lore:
Varun Batra was a REALM operative who was a hero in India who later stole an artifact leading him to become a war criminal. The artifact stolen by Varun gave him the immense power of the Hindu God of Oceans Varuna.
Since stealing the artifact, Varun Batra has been a fugitive and is being chased by REALM agents who ought to recover the artifact from him. The artifact allows Harbor to control water and use it for creating walls.
The teaser shows Harbor being chased by the REALM agents on his bike and using water to make a wall to make a successful escape. Multiple Valorant agents have also tried to reach out to Harbor to enlist him in the Valorant program.
When will Agent 21 be released?
It has been quite a while since Agent 20, Fade was released back on 27th April, and It took the Valorant Competitive scene by storm with an astonishing 53% pick rate in Valorant Champions 2022.
Harbor will soon join the Valorant initiative and likely to be released with the initiation of the next Act on 18th October.
