Hans sama reportedly sued by French esports agency for breach of contract
Popular European AD Carry Steven "Hans sama" Liv is reportedly being sued by a French esports agency. The agency cites a breach of agreement, as well as failure to pay proper commissions.
HANS SAMA BREACH OF CONTRACT

Video game journalist Jacob Wolf, broke this story earlier in the week, with an article posted on his website, the Jacob Wolf report. Wolf reports the esports agency alleged Hans sama did not pay proper commissions for a portion of his Rogue deal. On top of this, Hans allegedly did not pay commissions for all of his Team Liquid (TL) deal.

The agency suing the European professional is Athletes Representation & Consulting (ARC), based in France. ARC is suing Hans sama related to the player's move from Rogue to Team Liquid in November of 2021. Hans' move from Rogue to TL started with ARC, but ended with a competing agency, Proxy. Hans sama and ARC's agency agreement was set to terminate on December 31, 2021, unless both sides agreed to terminate this agreement earlier.
The same agency agreement also included a one-year auto-renewal for the 2022 season, unless Hans sama or ARC notified the other of intent to terminate the agreement.
With recent news reporting Hans sama will be joining G2 Esports in 2023, these allegations could interfere with such a move. Not to say any legal trouble would expel Hans sama from playing with G2, or in the EMEA outright. More than likely, Hans sama will press on with G2 and deal with the repercussions.
