Q: Firstly, as the In-Game Leader (IGL) of Into the Breach, you must tackle unique challenges in guiding your team to success. Can you tell us about these challenges and how you overcome them to also lead your team effectively?
My main challenge and coach's right now is to set up our game as a team in the right way, the playstyle which will combine the best things from EU and CIS CS so when everything is gonna be ready for us as a team it will be very interesting what results we gonna get from and I can't wait for it.

Q: Following in your role as IGL, you're responsible for managing the individual strengths and roles of your teammates to maximize team performance. How do you approach this task, and what insights have you gained about your teammates' strengths and potential?
I'm still in the process of figuring out how to use every player to their best, and I already noticed some of the best sides of my teammates. Right now it's about time to make players into monsters in our team system. It is not hard when you just ask people how they like to play and what always worked for them in the past.

Q: Reflecting on your CS:GO career, can you share the most memorable moment that has shaped your journey in the professional scene? What impact did it have on your aspirations and dedication?
Getting to the finals of Starladder Major. It was the best moment of my career because it gave me a lot of faith in the future, that everything is possible if you just believe and work hard.
Tournament Experience
Q: Do you have a favorite tournament location or venue that you particularly enjoyed playing at, and if so, what made it stand out for you?
It's Brazil, I haven't lost there yet even though it was only 2 tournaments! I really like this country and the CS fanbase.
Coaching and Support
Q: From your perspective, what do you believe are the key qualities a successful CS:GO coach should possess in order to guide a team to victory?
- Being hardworking
- Being smart inside and outside the game.
- Always be able to find a way to communicate with players so they can speak openly with the coach.
- Understanding psychological aspects of the game and life.
