Yes, you read the title right. Eva Elfie is coming to save Dota 2, literally. In recent years, the massive International prize pool has started to decline, which resulted in only a small prize pool for the participating teams.

To help bring The International prize pool back to its former glory, Eva Elfie announced her intention to contribute the money she earned from her Onlyfans to The International prize pool.

The Eva Boost

Eva attended The International 2022 in Singapore last year. While she was there, she gave a hand to Tundra Esports. At that time, they both were under the same organization, 1xbet.

To everyone's surprise, Tundra was crowned the champion of The International that year. Since then, the Dota 2 community has given an official word for this rare phenomenon, which came to be known as the Eva buff. Moreover, with the Eva buff, Tundra overcame Kyle's Curse.

Unlike the Eva buff, which makes the team harder to beat, Kyle's Curse does the opposite. The curse is related to the personality of Kyle Freedman. Whenever Kyle supports a team, the team always loses in the next stage of the tournament, no matter how strong they seem. This strange occurrence has earned the moniker "Kyle's Curse" among fans. The only known blessing to overcome Kyle’s Curse is Eva buff.

The Announcement

Eva Elfie announced she will also come to this year's International via her Instagram post.

However, this year, Tundra failed to defend the throne without the Eva buff. Talon Esports, a team that she decided to give a hand to for this year, had a sticky situation in the seeding decider series, which resulted in their early elimination.

After seeing both teams burned out from the tournament, she is taking on a much bigger load. Recently, the community expressed their disappointments about The International 2023, and Eva had heard their frustrations. Some things are out of her reach, but she announced through her Instagram post that all of her OnlyFans earnings starting from October 27 (the start of the finals weekend) will be contributed to The International 2023 prize pool to help make the prize pool bigger.

Moreover, she also states it is better to spend ten bucks on her Onlyfans. Not all heroes wear capes, And in the case of Eva Elfie, some heroes wear nothing at all.
