Will We See OG vs. Old G in Division II of WEU?
OG are in a lot of trouble. The team is currently sitting in last place in Western Europe’s Division I and has just one more match to play.
To be fair, three other teams in this region are in the same position. Entity, Monaspa, and Nigma Galaxy are all trying to avoid getting relegated to Division II. We know that two of these four teams will get relegated. And the final battle is likely to take place in an epic tiebreaker.

How to Avoid Getting Relegated
OG will play their 7th match of Tour 2 against Entity. Given Entity’s performance in Tour 1 (4th place) and at the Lima Major (5th – 6th place), this is bad news for Artem “Yuragi” Golubiev’s team.
However, we need to also take into account the fact that Entity haven’t done so well in Tour 2. Right now, their record is identical to that of OG: 2 W – 4 L. But they’re still in a much better position, simply because they have a stable roster while OG have made two important roster moves in the last four months.

If OG manage to somehow win this match, they will almost certainly avoid getting relegated. But if they lose it, they still have one more chance. But with one condition: both Nigma Galaxy and Monaspa need to lose their matches against Gaimin Gladiators and Tundra Esports.
If that happens, the three teams will compete in a tiebreaker and only the winner will survive. If anything goes wrong and OG get relegated, they might have to play against Old G in Tour 3. To avoid this unpleasant situation, Sebastien “Ceb” Debs will need to finish either 1st or 2nd in Division II in Tour 2.
If he can do that, Old G will get promoted to Division I and the two OG teams will have effectively swapped places. This would serve as a great lesson for the entire Dota 2 community: you climb the ladder based on your skill. There’s very little luck involved.
