Vincent "Vetheo" Berrié, the talented midlaner, has reached a verbal agreement with Team Vitality in the LEC, marking the completion of the roster for the French organization. This move follows Vetheo's short stint with Team Heretics.

The Lengthy Midlane Pursuit

Vitality's search for a midlaner had its fair share of twists and turns. Initially, they were in pursuit of Emil "Larssen" Larsson, who eventually chose to stay with Infinite Reality. Yasin "Nisqy" Dinçer was another consideration, but he joined SK Gaming in the LEC.

Despite these setbacks, Vitality had multiple midlane options on their radar. The list included Felix "Abbedagge" Braun, Kim "Gori" Tae-woo, and Kang "Tempt" Myung-gu. Following a comprehensive evaluation, the organization made the decision to commit to Vetheo.

Reunions and Old Faces

With this move, Vetheo will reunite with Alexander "Carter" Cartwright, with whom he previously collaborated at Misfits Gaming. During that period, Vetheo also earned an MVP award in the LEC. The decision to bring Vetheo on board was also backed by Vitality's new coaches, James "Mac" MacCormack and Patrick "Pad" Suckow-Breum.

Additionally, Team Vitality has recently managed to secure the talents of Matyáš "Carzzy" Orság and Zdravets "Hylissang" Iliev Galabov from MAD Lions, further strengthening their roster for the upcoming season.

It has also been confirmed that Kyeong "Photon" Gyu-tae, the team's top laner, has agreed to stay with Team Vitality. This decision solidifies the core of the team, providing continuity and stability to the roster.

The 2024 LEC Roster

The finalized 2024 LEC roster for Team Vitality is as follows:

Top Lane: Kyeong "Photon" Gyu-tae

Jungle: Kacper "Daglas" Dagiel

Mid Lane: Vincent "Vetheo" Berrié

Bot Lane: Matyáš "Carzzy" Orság

Support: Zdravets "Hylissang" Iliev Galabov

Head Coach: James "Mac" MacCormack

Assistants: Patrick "Pad" Suckow-Breum and Alexander "Carter" Cartwright

A New Chapter Begins

With their roster now complete, Team Vitality looks forward to the challenges and triumphs the upcoming season may bring. The blend of seasoned talent and promising newcomers, including recent acquisitions from MAD Lions, sets the stage for an exciting journey in the 2024 LEC.
