When players younger than 20 become millionaires just from tournament prizes, you know that esports is a pretty big industry these days. Games like CS:GO have tens of millions of players and their tournaments are watched by at least one million people each time. That’s not bad at all, at least for now.

Valerii “b1t” Vakhovskyi joined Natus Vincere a few years ago. He used to play for Natus Vincere Junior, Na’Vi’s academy team. And after a little over a year, he was called to represent the organization at a much higher level.

B1t’s Career so Far

After joining the main roster, he quickly made a name for himself with his exceptional technical abilities. Few players in the world can hit headshots with his accuracy and this has helped Na’Vi to win their first CS:GO Major in 2021.

It’s quite shocking that we get to analyze a player’s career when he hasn’t even played for at least five years. In esports, dedication often proves sufficient in determining the next prodigy and b1t has certainly done his part to become one of the best.

It’s known that Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov has spent more than 15000 in CS:GO and he’s only 17. B1t must have spent a similar number of hours. It’s hard to become as good as he is at the age of just 19 (soon to be 20) without an enormous amount of dedication.

B1t’s most important results so far have been the following:

  • 1st place at BLAST Premier: Global Final 2020
  • 1st place at IEM Cologne
  • 1st place at ESL Pro League Season 14
  • 1st place at PGL Major Stockholm
  • 1st place at BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2021
  • 1st place at BLAST Premier: World Final 2021

This player still has many years ahead of him. We will likely watch him compete for another decade, and it is absolutely incredible what he’s achieved so far.
