Cloud9 won 23-9 against TSM in 26:37 to kick off the day. C9 mid laner Jang “EMENES” Min-soo had a a much stronger performance in his second game, going 8/2/6 on one of his signature champions, LeBlanc. C9 top laner Ibrahim "Fudge" Allami went 4/2/6 on Sion, while jungler Robert "Blaber" Huang pulled out a surprise Rengar pick to counter Elise. In the bot lane, C9 bot laner Kim "Berserker" Min-cheol and support Jesper "Zven" Svenningsen went 5/0/13 on Sivir and 2/2/16 on Ashe respectively. Immortals vs. Counter Logic Gaming

Counter Logic Gaming took down Immortals in a 21-7 game that lasted 33:19. CLG mid laner Cristian "Palafox" Palafox earned Player of the Game honors for his 7/1/6 Jayce; top laner Niship "Dhokla" Doshi and jungler Juan Arturo "Contractz" Garcia were 5/2/7 on Gwen and 5/1/12 on Maokai; and bot laner Fatih "Luger" Güven finished 4/2/13 on Sivir with the help of support Philippe "Poome" Lavoie-Giguere's 0/1/19 Nami. While IMT bot laner Edward "Tactical" Ra found a decent 4/4/3 KDA on Miss Fortune in the loss, his support Kadir "Fleshy" Kemiksiz had nine deaths on Nautilus. GG bot laner Trevor "Stixxay" Hayes notched a quadra kill on his 9/1/5 Zeri; mid laner Kim "Gori" Tae-woo earned POTG for his 3/2/7 Yone; jungler Kim "River" Dong-woo clinched a Player of the Week trophy on his 2/1/11 Sejuani; and support Choi "huhi" Jae-hyun added a 1/1/15 score on Lulu. Despite accumulating a huge mid-game lead, Team Liquid lost 14-11 to 100 Thieves in 41:35. 100 mid laner Søren "Bjergsen" Bjerg went 7/1/3 on Viktor and bot laner Yiliang "Doublelift” Peng was 4/3/5 on Zeri.
