RLCS S9: EU & NA Promotion

The RLCS Promotion Playoffs features the 8:th and 9:th place of the RLCS going up against the 2:nd and 3:rd place of the RLRS. Europe and North America will see two teams move up to the RLCS and two teams will drop down to the RLRS.
