Only a few hours after officially announcing the addition of Marshall “N4RRATE” Massey, Sentinels has introduced former TSM and 100 Thieves player, Sean “bang” Bezerra, as the final member of the VCT 2025 roster.

With the addition of N4RRATE and bang, they have filled out the vacancies created by the retirements of Tyson “TenZ” Ngo and Gustavo “Sacy” Rossi.

Bang parts with 100 Thieves after three years

Bang joined 100 Thieves under Sean Gares on loan from TSM back in 2022. The 100 Thieves squad consisting of Will, Derrek, Asuna, bang and stellar defeated multiple top rosters to win the VCT 2022: North America LCQ.

At the following VALORANT Champions, they took down Fnatic in the opening game, but failed to make it out of their group, after losing to Fnatic in the lower round. Despite the poor conclusion, the young group of players displayed amazing VALORANT and were poised to be one of the best North American teams in 2023.

Bang was a breakout star in 2022, his aggressive controller plays made him shine as an integral part of 100 Thieves’ successful runs. Unfortunately, following Sean Gares’ exit, the team struggled to keep up with VCT Americas and failed to achieve a significant result in 2023.

They made a resurgence in 2024 after bringing in Boostio and eeiu. The new squad won the VCT 2024: Americas League Split 1 title. Bang was once again an instrumental part of 100 Thieves’ title run along with Asuna. They struggled at the following international tournament and did not qualify for VALORANT Champions 2024, concluding their year.

Can the new Sentinels compete with the best?

The new additions to Sentinels’ squad have brought in flexibility and firepower. The new members also bring down the squad's average age from 24 to 22.

The first piece of the puzzle, N4RRATE, already established himself as a top tier talent at VCT 2024: Masters Madrid, his debut international tournament.

He had multiple highlight moments and concluded the tournament as the best individual performer for his team. The performance highlighted his ability to perform under pressure.

Throughout the year, N4RRATE was the best performing player for Karmine Corp, playing multiple roles within the team.

Similarly, over the years, bang has established himself as a top tier talent in North America. His ability to play multiple agents and single handedly win rounds for the team, makes him an asset for any team.

Especially in a team that allows the players to make individual plays, bang will instantly fit in with the Sentinels core of Zekken, JohnQT and Zellsis.

The new Sentinels squad boasts flexibility, firepower and extensive tier 1 experience, a perfect recipe for success. The flexibility will allow for the team to adjust and adapt to the changing metas. The firepower will allow the team to go toe-to-toe with all the competing rosters. All in all, Sentinels will most likely be a contender for international titles in VCT 2025.
