On Day 8 of the Blast Premier Spring Group, we had a repeat of the Upper Bracket Finals, with OG taking on Faze, and NaVi taking on G2.

Game 1: OG vs Faze

Map 1 was Mirage, where both teams were quite evenly matched. Faze took the lead in the first half 9-6. The second half started off with degster getting an amazing 1v4 on the pistols. Both teams had an incredible back and forth, however, Faze refused to give up their lead, winning the map 16-14. Broky tops the table with 24 kills, with NEOFRAG following closely with 22.

On map 2: Ancient, OG found a good head start with 4 round wins, but 2 very good rounds by ropz with Faze right back in it. This allowed Faze to get quite a dominant run, ending the half 11-4. OG tried to claw back a few rounds, but were unsuccessful, as Faze took the map 16-6.

This victory over OG makes Faze the second team to qualify for Blast Premier Spring Finals.

Game 2: G2 vs NaVi

We went to Inferno for Map 1, where G2 had quite a stellar start, winning 7 rounds back-to-back. NaVi managed to take 5 rounds for themselves, before G2 ended the half 10-5 in their favor. NiKo started the second half with a pistol ace, solidifying G2s amazing form. NaVi only managed to win a single round this half, as G2 took the win in a dominant fashion at 16-5. NiKo has quite the game, topping the table with 28 kills, and a 1.76 rating.

Map 2 was Nuke, where fared a little better, managing to go toe-to-toe with G2 in the first half. G2 still managed to hold the lead at 8-7. G2 looked very dominant as they pushed themselves into map point, but NaVi finally seemed to have found their footing. However, a very clever and well timed clutch from jks ensured the victory for G2 at 16-10. It was actually electroNic who topped that table with 27 kills, while NiKo was highest rated at 1.49.

G2 are the third and final team to qualify for the Blast Premier Fall Finals.
