This brand is a relative newcomer to the scene, as it launched in 2026. There are plenty of promising features at this sweepstakes casino, but my WiseSpin review also reveals a couple areas that need improvement.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time on the site. I loved the surprises that popped up randomly, such as getting free spins on a slot game. There are also multiple opportunities to collect virtual currency, and a growing gaming catalog. Customer service is still a work in progress, and payment options could be expanded. Here’s my full review….

This website is a sweepstakes casino, which means you play the games with two virtual currencies rather than using real money. You’ll use your Gold Coins (GC) to play the games on the site for fun and entertainment. You can also play these exact same casino-style games using Sweeps Coins (SC), which gives you the opportunity to collect redeemable Sweeps Coins. Once you’ve collected at least 100 redeemable SC, you can redeem them for real prizes.
Now that you know how the site works, let’s jump into my review…
This brand welcomes new players by giving them 20,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins just for creating a player account and verifying an email address. The 2 SC is fairly standard in the industry, so I was pleased with that. The 20,000 GC is on the low side – while this amount of GC initially disappointed me, I got over that feeling soon enough once I discovered the other methods for picking up extra virtual currency, including:
One area that is likely to downgrade some players’ WiseSpin ratings is that the site doesn’t currently offer a referral program. Since the site seems to still be tweaking its policies and growing, I wouldn’t be surprised if they started offering virtual currency rewards for referrals to keep up with their competitors.
Another way to get WiseSpin bonuses is through the VIP Club, which we’ll talk about next…
Yes, and it’s called the VIP Club, although it operates more like a loyalty rewards program. The program has six tiers, and players start at zero and must collect 500 VIP points before they get to the first tier. Once you reach that level, then you’ll get a level-up reward, VIP points for purchases, and similar. As you climb through the tiers, you’ll get daily rewards, birthday gifts, coinback offers, invitations to exclusive tournaments and events, daily missions, exclusive offers, VIP support, and more.
The program is quite transparent about how to collect VIP points, and how many points you need to reach each level. You’ll get 1 VIP Point for every 1 SC you play, as well as 1 SC for every 100,000 GC you play. You can also collect VIP randomly through your daily wheel spin, and I suspect there might be other ways to do this as well that I haven’t yet uncovered.
I think an active yet average player will be able to get at least to the first tier, as I collected 5 points in just a few minutes of gameplay. Highly active players will climb even higher, while casual players may struggle to get to the first level. In most cases, you’re going to need to make a purchase to get to the first tier, unless you collect plenty of SC through gameplay or other means.
And since we’re talking about playing your virtual currencies, that brings us to the part of my review…
Players who’re familiar with sweepstakes casinos and other gaming sites will feel right at home here, as the site features the familiar design of a dark background with fun, brightly colored animations. The layout is similar to its competitors as well, with virtual currency balances at the top of the page, and all other links (rewards, VIP, support, games, etc.) running along the left side of your screen. You’ll find the featured games in the center of the screen.
Sign up is quick and easy, as you can use your Google or Facebook login, or you can create your account manually with your email address, which you’ll need to verify in order to collect your welcome bonus. After joining, I did run into some issues with accessing the site while using the Firefox browser, but once I switched to Chrome everything worked smoothly. I then used Chrome for both laptop and mobile play, which brings us to the next point…
No, there is no dedicated app available for either Android or iPhones. However, the site appears to be optimized for mobile use, as everything loaded fast and worked smoothly. The game audio sounded great, the animations were smooth, and I didn’t experience any lags while playing on my phone – as long as I used the Chrome browser.
And speaking of gameplay…
The site appears to be growing quickly, as various pages online will tell you that this site has 400 or 500 games, but I counted 644, and I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that there are even more now. These games come from top providers such as Kalamba Games, BetSoft, BGaming, and many more, so there’s a decent chance you’ll find some of your favorite titles. There are some lesser-known providers onboard as well, so you may find obscure titles as well, or those that you haven’t seen before.
While the site has a decent-sized gaming catalog and offers smooth gameplay, the downside is that slots are your only option right now. If you were hoping to play roulette, craps, blackjack, and similar, you’ll need to look elsewhere. If you’re a slots enthusiast, however, then the wide variety of megaways, hold and win slots, and cascading reels slots should hold your attention and keep you entertained.
If you spend some time exploring the gaming catalog and trying out games, there’s a chance you’ll run out of virtual currency. If you can’t wait for your next opportunity to get a free batch, then you can purchase them. And that brings us to the next section….
If you decide to make an optional purchase of Gold Coin bundles, you’ll often get Sweeps Coins as a bonus, especially when purchasing larger amounts of GC. Gold Coin bundles start at just $1.99, and you can use your Visa or Mastercard to purchase them. The purchase options are quite limited as compared to other brands, so my hope is that they add options in the future, such as one or more of the popular e-wallets.
Once you’ve played your Sweeps Coins through at least one time (1x) and you’ve collected a minimum of 100 redeemable SC, then you can initiate a redemption. You’ll need to complete the identity verification process first, which is standard practice for compliance reasons. You’ll then have the option of redeeming SC for cash through your debit card or via your bank account. Debit cards take two or three days to process after the brand has approved your request, while bank transfers can take up to five days.
Overall, I’d like to see more options, such as gift cards. I’d also like to see a lower redemption minimum around 25 SC to 50 SC, which would be more player friendly.
So, what happens if you run into an issue while making purchases, initiating redemptions, or just trying to set up your account? That’s next…

The main thing you need to know about this brand’s customer service is that it’s a work in progress. There’s an email address available for support requests, and there’s an AI agent onboard to answer basic questions. It seems that instead of having FAQs and other help documentation easily accessible, the brand serves up all this DIY documentation via its AI agent.
If you’re looking for live support, you won’t find it… yet. When I asked the AI agent for a human representative, here’s the reply I received back:
“At the moment, there is no human agent available via live chat because Wisespin is not fully operational yet. If you need assistance, please contact us by email at support@wisespin.com. Please note that response times may be delayed while the offer is not fully operational. Once Wisespin is fully operational, we will provide 24/7 support through live chat, email, and phone.”
So, support may be hit and miss for a while until the brand is fully operational. When I reached out to the support email, I received a reply back the next day. My hope is that response times improve and they do indeed offer live chat support soon as they seemed to indicate they would do.
And that leads us to the next part of my review…

WiseSpin is owned and operated by Avento360 LLC, a company registered in Miami, Florida. Payment processing is handled by ViralFlux Limited, a Cyprus-based company that is wholly owned by Avento360. During my research, I found that the companies are transparent about their corporate structure and key personnel. However, there is still limited publicly available information about their operations and track record, which is understandable given that WISEPIN only launched in June 2026. My research didn’t turn up anything concerning about these companies or the brand, so I would say WiseSpin is legit.
My second observation is that this company appears to be in compliance with the law, as they require identity verification and they have clear terms, conditions, and policies. The brand also provides responsible gaming resources and tools. Take note that you need to contact customer service to install player controls, such as spending limits – but I’d like to see players be able to handle these things on their own with tools inside their accounts.
Finally, I felt comfortable creating my profile and making a purchase, as the site carries a valid security certificate, and every page on the site encrypts all transmitted data. All in all, I feel this is a safe, secure, and compliant sweepstakes casino.
Now a few parting thoughts…
Overall, this looks like a very promising sweepstakes casino, but in some aspects it’s still a bit rough around the edges. On the one hand, there’s a solid, growing lineup of slot games from top providers, though table games are missing. The AI customer service agent was helpful, and so was email support, but live support isn’t offered yet. There were also some technical issues, but I fixed those by changing browsers. All in all, I enjoyed playing games on this site, and I’m excited to watch this brand grow!
When you’re ready to join, all you have to do is tap the WiseSpin banner on this page. Your welcome bonus will be applied automatically as soon as you finish creating your account, and you’ll be spinning the slots in just minutes from now!

Yes. You’ll need to provide your phone number and address when making an optional purchase. In addition, if you spend some time playing games on the site, eventually they’ll ask you to provide your phone number before continuing. Finally, anyone who initiates a redemption will need to complete the identity verification process.
No. Currently, only slot games are available.
