One of my pet hates is chasing up bonus codes, so it made my day to find that none of the promotions at SweepKing need a code to claim them. The first is the welcome bonus which is added automatically.
When you complete registration, which literally takes less than a minute, you’ll get 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins added to your account. There are a few other promotions to follow, so I’ll share the details of those, tell you how you can use them, and then address some of the questions you’re sure to want answers for.
SweepKing started my ball rolling with a welcome bonus that included 100,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 2 Sweeps Coins (SC).
I discussed the two virtual currencies in detail in my main SweepKing review, so I’ll just give you a quick recap. Gold Coins are the virtual currency you’ll use when you want to play casino-style games for fun only. You can purchase more GC if you want, but it’s entirely optional.
Sweeps Coins are also used to play games, the difference is that you’ll be playing in sweepstakes mode. In turn that means your SC winnings become redeemable, subject to SweepKing’s T&Cs.
By the time I was ready to sign up, I had already established that I didn’t need a SweepKing promo code, which meant just a few straightforward steps before I was ready to play:
Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button top right
Enter your email address, and choose a unique password
Click ‘Sign Up’ at the bottom of the form
Click on the link in the welcome email SweepKing will send you
Just as I found with the ThrillCoins bonus, if you want, you can use your Google, Apple, or Facebook credentials to sign up. Personally I prefer to keep my sweepstakes casino accounts separate from my social media logins. But whichever method you decide on, 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins will show up in your balance as soon as you log in.
Now you’ve got your bonus, and you know how the two virtual currencies work, let’s take a look at the 1,200+ casino-style games you can play here.
Slots are the mainstay at this sweepstakes casino, and SweepKing has carefully broken them down into various categories and themes, starting with:
Under the ‘More Categories’ tab you’ll find various mechanics like Megaways, Hold & Wins, and Cascading. After that there’s a selection of themes including Myth, Animals, and Fruits. You can also search slot games by title or provider using the search bar. The only real downside here is that SweepKing doesn’t display the RTP or volatility rating for any of its slot games.
Unfortunately, I was only able to access one of the selection of 18 games in this section, which was Diamond Blackjack. Oddly, the provider’s name wasn’t displayed, so it might be an in-house creation.
I had a similar experience with the live games. Although 23 were displayed, I was unable to play any of them. This is possibly because I hadn’t made a Gold Coin purchase, but may also be some sort of state related block. However, I was able to see that several of the live games, including Lightning Dice and Dream Catcher are provided by Evolution.
Completely by accident, I stumbled on some types of games that aren’t listed on the SweepKing menu, which included eight scratchcards and some arcade-style titles, like Plinko. So if you’re looking for something a bit different to play, it’s worth experimenting with the game search feature.
I mentioned in my main review that a few things seem to have changed on the site, according to various user reviews anyway. But whether that’s the case or not, I’m treating SweepKing as I would any new social casino, and exploring all angles.
One thing that is quite noticeable is that SweepKing doesn’t have too many ongoing promotions running, and nowhere near the number I found during my Courtside bonus review. However, that doesn’t mean there won’t be more to come, and the ones I did find are worth knowing about.
I’ve put this option at the top of my list because it’s unusually generous. For context the mail in request bonus at Gleaming Slots is 2 Sweeps Coins, but here at SweepKing you get 5 Sweeps Coins for every successful request.
That said, the key point here is that you won’t be successful unless you follow the exact instructions detailed in the SweepKing Sweeps Rules document. There’s a fair bit of effort involved I’ll admit, but the reward seems worth it, and you can send a request every day if you want.
Below is a quick overview of what’s needed, although I strongly recommend checking the details for yourself.
First off, you’ll need to generate a Postal Request Code. You do this from your account area. Each code is unique and has 14 digits, just remember that you can only generate one code every 24 hours, and each one only remains valid for 30 days.
Handwrite the code on a plain 4” x 6” postcard, then add the following information.
Below that information you’ll need to copy the statement found in the Sweeps Rules section C.b.v. Your handwritten version must match exactly, down to the punctuation. Lastly, you need to sign at the bottom of the card, and date it using MM/DD/YYYY format. Note that your writing must be neat enough to be deemed “legible” by the brand.
The final step is putting your card in a #10 envelope, and sending it to SweepKing’s registered address in Nicosia, Cyprus.
You’ll see a grid with 10 boxes at the top of the left hand menu when you are logged into your account. Incidentally, SweepKing refers to these boxes as ‘cards’. Each contains different amounts of Sweeps Coins.
When you see a card with a neon border, that means you can claim it. You’ll find the first card glows as soon as you’ve signed up, so you just click on it, and 0.5 SC will be added to your balance. The card will now display a clock symbol, and you’ll need to wait 24 hours before you can click on it again.
You can simply continue to collect 0.5 Sweeps Coins every day if you want, but if you make an optional Gold Coin purchase, your daily reward will increase. So if you click on the next card along, which has a bag symbol and shows 1 SC, then buy a GC package, you’ll get 1 SC for the next six days, after which the grid resets.
SweepKing doesn’t broadcast this fact on any promotional banners, or provide exact details, but as a new customer your first Gold Coin package is available at a “special price”. All GC packages are eligible, and the prices go from $9.99 right up to $499.99.
In addition, every package contains some free bonus Sweeps Coins. For example, a package containing 150,000 Gold Coins is priced at $14.99, plus you’ll get a 22.5 SC bonus. The other perk that comes with that Gold Coin package, is that your daily reward will increase to 3 Sweeps Coins.
As always, purchasing Gold Coins isn’t necessary to play at SweepKing, but if you plan to top up your GC balance at some point anyway, this is worth knowing about.
SweepKing gets you off to a great start with a straightforward sign up process and a generous welcome bonus of 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins. Existing players can take advantage of a first Gold Coin purchase bonus, and enjoy daily rewards just by logging in.
There’s also an unusually generous mail-in request bonus that gives you 5 Sweeps Coins per successful request. You won’t need a SweepKing promo to sign up, just click on any of our page banners, and you’ll be ready to play within just a few minutes.
Unfortunately not. The following 17 states are currently listed as unavailable in the SweepKing T&Cs: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Utah, and Washington. Note also that you must be 18 or over to sign up.
There are more than 1,200 casino-style games at SweepKing, and the brand collaborates with 20 excellent game developers including Booming Games, Evolution, and NetEnt. You’ll find hundreds of slot titles, classic table games, a live casino section, plus an assortment of arcade-style titles and scratchcards.
Yes. All players can collect 0.5 Sweeps Coins every day just by logging in. However, if you make an optional Gold Coin package purchase, your daily reward will increase for 7 days, with the amount of SC you’ll receive depending on the value of the GC package you buy.
If you have just signed up at SweepKing, the 100,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins bonus won’t become available until you click on the link the brand will send you by email. You will also need to log in when you return to the site. If you still can’t see the bonus, then you will need to contact the support team, which is available 24/7 via live chat.
SweepKing appears to have undergone some changes recently, and doesn’t currently have a traditional tiered loyalty program. However, it’s fairly likely one will be included soon, along with a few more promotions for existing players.
