Who Is the SpinQuest Owner? A Simple Guide

SpinQuest is a relatively new social casino, but it’s already made quite a bit of noise in the online gaming community for its plethora of games and active social scene. SpinQuest owner Robby Mier himself is even publicly involved.

This is what caught our eye to begin with, seeing more of the ‘social’ in social casino was refreshing for those of us who like to see what else people are getting up to. Here we’re going to explore SpinQuest’s journey in detail, and how this young site gained the popularity it enjoys today.

What is SpinQuest?

Beginning with the basics, SpinQuest is a social casino. This means that all of its casino-style games are played using virtual currencies, in this case Coins being the main one. Which is how the site likes to collectively refer to their Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC).

These Coins can be accumulated through various means, and while they are available for purchase, you will never have to do so in order to play SpinQuest’s games every day.

Opening for business in 2022, making it very young for a social casino, SpinQuest founder Robby Mier set out to create a social casino that focuses on its community, and he arguably succeeded. He’s front and center of the operation, not shying away behind a desk.

Having the face of the company be so involved with the public and SpinQuest’s community itself is quite refreshing, and that’s just how it looks.

SpinQuest is available as a browser-based experience or as an Android app downloadable from the Google Play store. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any app options for iOS users, but rest assured that the mobile experience is perfectly playable as-is.

But who is the owner of SpinQuest? And how did this newer addition to the social casino scene come to be? These are the questions we’re going to answer today.

Robby Mier: SpinQuest’s founder.

SpinQuest is owned by Robby Mier, a young man from Wisconsin who saw the unequal treatment many creators and players were getting from online gaming compared to the parent companies. With this observation, he set out to create a social casino for the people, by the people, and the concept of SpinQuest was born.

By allying himself with prominent creators with experience in the business, Robby set out on a journey with a clear goal in mind; an interactive social casino where creators and players alike can feel at home and comfortable in the knowledge that they’ll be fairly treated and looked after.

How SpinQuest began, and how it almost failed

Robby Mier is open about the process of getting SpinQuest up and running, including what he and his team refer to as ‘the SpinQuest Dark Days,’ where early on the pitch to secure a business loan was rejected by the first ten banks Mier approached.

These consecutive rejections led to Robby lying on his office floor having just about given up hope, but the little he held on to paid off, and SpinQuest secured the resources they needed to launch on March 15th 2022.

But we’re getting a little ahead of ourselves, as there was still quite a bit of work to be done with absolutely no guarantees of success.

The road to launching SpinQuest, self-sacrifice and faith

When all hope seemed lost, Robby Mier’s greatest worry was letting down all those who had backed and supported him so far. With the dream in sight, he stayed adamant that they be cared for throughout the development process, showing the same compassion for his team as he aimed to show his own site’s eventual creators and players.

He paid people before launch had even happened, covered one developer’s expenses after they became unemployed, and assured everyone who had shown him their support so far that he would pay for any hospital bills in the event they couldn’t afford insurance. Overall, Robby wanted to make sure his team were looked after and had as little worry as possible while they worked towards their goal.

This unbridled loyalty and due diligence to the wellbeing of his staff ended up affecting the lives of hundreds of people, and it was this dedication that got Robby Mier the following he has today, both professional and personal.

In a world where business owners are stereotypically seen as uncaring suits, Mier set himself apart from this by proving to his team and the world that it is possible for entrepreneurs to care.

In the words of the man himself; ‘my goal is to build the most innovative brand in the space and keep the SpinQuest family growing.’

But how does it all work? And is SpinQuest legit? We took a look at the site itself to find out..

Check out SpinQuest’s daily rewards

SpinQuest basics, it all works.

As a social casino, SpinQuest uses virtual currencies that you can acquire through various means, such as the generous welcome bonus, daily bonuses, and giveaways. You won’t need a SpinQuest promo code for any of these, and we found ourselves able to play for a long time without ever considering one of the optional GC bundles.

Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) are the two main virtual currencies SpinQuest uses, and they each serve their own purpose. Simply put, GC is used to play the 1,000+ games, through which you can acquire SC, which are in turn used to redeem for prizes.

Before you get started, you should keep in mind that there are states in which SpinQuest isn’t available. So it’s worth looking into your local area’s restrictions on social casinos before you sign up.

SpinQuest customer service, help no matter where you are

In a continuing effort to take care of its players, SpinQuest has a dedicated customer support network accessible in many languages.

SpinQuest’s customer service is reachable 24/7 through three main means, live chat, telephone, and e-mail. Whichever one you need will depend on the urgency of your issue and how immediately you require assistance. We found all of them to generate fast responses, however, and they were able to answer any questions they hadn’t already covered in their FAQ.

What's more, for such a new and relatively small company, we were impressed at how many languages they cover in their customer support. For more information, you can check out the table below.

SpinQuest pros and cons

Pros and Cons

• Generous welcome bonus
• 1,000+ games on offer
• Daily bonuses and extra rewards

• No iOS app

Our final thoughts on SpinQuest’s journey.

Initially, SpinQuest looked just like many other social casinos to us, but after watching some interviews with founder Robby Mier, in which he outlined that the social aspects and entertainment were the main focus, we decided to give it a closer look.

SpinQuest’s, and Robby’s, journey from an idea for fair and equitable treatment for all involved is what got us wanting to check out SpinQuest to begin with, and the care that went into the people pre- and mid-development made us feel comfortable as players. We really felt like we were in good hands.

Honestly, we all had a lot more fun for a lot longer than we thought we would. The incredibly generous welcome bonus had us playing for a fair while, and then the daily bonuses meant we could come back every day and have a bit of fun.

The live dealers and emphasis on community-driven games and social media meant that we really felt like  we were playing both with and against others as well as ourselves, enjoying plenty of their casino-style games from their selection of over 1,000 without ever feeling the need to spend a penny.

So yeah, we recommend giving SpinQuest a go if you’re sick of being pressured into purchasing from other social casinos, or you’re just wanting to play within a community that makes the whole experience feel a lot less lonely than it can on other sites. So now that you know the story of SpinQuest, you can use any of the links in this review to check out the final outcome for yourself!
