I was pleasantly surprised by how modern the Scratchful website is. The platform features intuitive navigation, with a number of collapsible menus, various categories, and so on, but what I loved the most was how clean the website is. We wanted to see how Scratchful handles customer support, and we were pleased with the variety of contact options available, including email, phone, social media, and a 24/7 live chat feature. However, live chat is only accessible after purchasing a Gold Coins package, making it exclusive for paying members.
Even with this limitation, Scratchful's support service is good. Social media offers a quick alternative for responses, and their FAQs section is very helpful for solving common issues without contacting the support team directly.
However, we must again mention the problems some players have with redeeming their SCs here, as it does relate to customer service. Some customers report that responses around redemptions are vague and misleading, and this can lead to a great deal of frustration, especially if your prizes turn out to never be forthcoming. Conclusion: my Scratchful rating verdict
Scratchful starts off with a mediocre signup offer but a great first purchase offer - it does feel like they're pushing you towards making that purchase. Fortunately, their game selection is really strong and has much more variety than a lot of places I've played at. Their customer support is fine on the whole, and they have some decent ongoing rewards, but no VIP program.
Where they're really let down is the redemption process, as there are major questions over whether it's reliable for all players. Many have complained online about not receiving the prizes they're entitled to, and this can be a reason to avoid a casino completely in my opinion.
