Rizzio is a new crypto casino and sportsbook that’s just released and it has one of the largest game collections I’ve ever seen, working with 100+ software developers to bring you slots, live dealers, arcade games, and more.
Based on my findings, I’ve created Rizzio reviews for different site features such as its legitimacy, usability, casino gaming, and sports betting experience. If you read on, you’ll see what I thought, how these different features work, and also gain insight into whether this operator is worth signing up with or not.
First up I wanted to see if Rizzio is reliable, and review the desktop and mobile versions of the site. From my experiences testing both sites, I never had any technical issues and I think it’s one of the more well-developed casinos and sportsbooks I’ve used recently. The page speeds are fast, there’s no missing content, and they’ve done an OK job of organizing the massive amount of sportsbook information.
In terms of the design and style, I really like the colors they’ve gone with. You’ve got some pops of pink and turquoise which almost give the site a retro feel, and I think they make good use of eye-catching graphics for the header images and main site features. The only minor criticism I have is the organization of the game categories at the casino - there should be more sub-categories involved I think.
For mobile gaming, I didn’t see any apps - there are some links to supposed apps, but I’m pretty certain these are scam sites so DON’T click on them. Instead, I tested the mobile casino and sportsbook using Chrome on my Samsung Galaxy. The mobile version works great and it offers just as much flexibility and ease-of-use as the desktop site. I like how the sportsbook layout fits on my smartphone and I enjoyed using the live bet feature too.
While usability is important, the online casino and sportsbook has to be legit, which is why I looked at important features like licensing and customer support.
This is a fully licensed online casino and sportsbook, and I’m 100% confident that it’s legit. The license is provided by the Government of Anjouan, the Union of Comoros, license number ALSI-202502014-F11. There is a link to the official license page in the website - I checked it out and it looks fine, and lists the restricted regions such as the UK, Spain, Netherlands, France, and USA. There’s also plenty of info about the parent company - Rizzio is owned and operated by Green Champions Leader SRL, which is a registered company based in Costa Rica, registration number 3-102-917157.
For support, your best option is the live chat as this is active 24/7. They have email support too which is also monitored 24/7, but from my experience you’ll get a much slower reply. I used the live chat feature on four different occasions at different points of the day, and each time after speaking to the AI chatbot, I was able to get through to someone within 10 minutes max. The AI chatbot was pretty helpful to be fair, but the human support reps were knowledgeable too, and able to sort my queries.
While testing this site, I asked myself, is Rizzio secure? Based on that, I looked for basic features like SSL encryption and HTTPS connectivity and it uses both. On top of that, I also found all the common documentation I expect an iGaming site to have which includes terms and conditions, bonus T&Cs, a privacy policy, responsible gambling information, and KYC & AML policies.
I also wanted to make Rizzio ratings for its banking setup and I think it has a versatile system. You can use either crypto or fiat currencies here, and accepted payment methods include Cash Lib, Jeton, MiFinity, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDC, USDT, and Luxon Pay. Generally, there’s a $25 minimum deposit and a $100 minimum withdrawal limit, and a max limit of $5,000. I would like to see a much lower withdrawal limit as $100 is pretty high, but from my experience, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours depending on the payment method.
You can read my alternative Rizzio promo code review if you want to learn about all its promotions in detail, but I’ll explain the welcome bonus and other features I saw here. Now, just be aware that these are the promos I saw - you might get different offers based on your location.
The welcome bonus at Rizzio that I got gave me the following deposit bonuses:
It also had these terms and conditions:
I really liked this promo! It’s straight to the point and gives you some brilliant extra playability and value. You just need to be wary of the game limitations and wager contribution when meeting your wagering requirements.
Check the banners on this page to see if the same Rizzio welcome offer applies to your location.
Rizzio also has a VIP club which is invite only. They monitor your activity and spend and will send an invite if you are eligible. From what I can see, potential perks include a dedicated VIP account manager, faster withdrawals, and access to exclusive offers. On top of that, I saw a host of other promotional features such as:
After creating my Rizzio login, I jumped into the online casino section and was blown away by the number of publishers this site works with. It features 100+ software developers, and while I’m not listing them all, I’ll give you some of the more well-known names:
Red Tiger, 3 Oaks Gaming, Slotopia, Quickspin, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, Shady Lady, NoLimit City, Pragmatic, Evolution, Amatic, BGaming, InOut, KA Gaming, Evoplay, Booming Games, SPRIBE, TaDa Gaming, Playson, Endorphina.
This give you an insane amount of choice, and I think I totalled over 3,000 casino games, including these categories:
Each of these categories is well-equipped, and I had the most fun playing the newer slots from Shady Lady and NoLimit City. Blackjack fans will also love the range of tables they have - both live and single player.
I also created separate Rizzo ratings for its sportsbook, and I was really impressed by the range of sports it covers, which include:
Soccer, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, American football, table tennis, volleyball, handball, Aussie rules, badminton, baseball, boxing, cricket, cross country, curling, cycling, darts, floorball, Futsal, Gaelic games, golf, Lacrosse, MMA, Padel, rugby, snooker, waterpolo.
This is pretty much all the main sports I can think of from the top of my head, and you have multiple leagues and events for each category. For instance, for basketball, you’ve got the NBA, EuroLeague, Fiba, plus loads of domestic leagues from countries like Spain, the Philippines, and Japan. In terms of overall betting options, for most of the games, you have the following main bet types:
Not only that, but I also saw plenty of team and player proposition picks for the more popular sports. I always felt like the odds here were fair, and they have an excellent live setup too, with loads of game stats and a cool 3D game render showing the live action.
You should be able to see from my Rizzio ratings that I think highly of this sportsbook and crypto casino. I had a lot of fun trying this site out, and I think the highlight for me was browsing the insane amount of casino games and publishers they have. Both the sportsbook and casino tick all the boxes, and the only real complaints I have are the lack of a mobile app, and the higher minimum withdrawal limit. Other than that, I will gladly recommend this site, so if you want to complete the Rizzio sign up, just click any of the local banners I’ve put on this page.
