Welcome to my Phygitals review, where Iâll be exploring an exciting new platform with a focus on offering authentic, graded collectible cards. Although I didnât find a welcome offer available for new members, thereâs plenty here to enjoy.
My review will cover every aspect of the Phygitals platform including the cards youâll find here, the two ways you can acquire them, how you can fund your account, what the brand does to reward and support its 100,000+ members. Although there are already several ongoing promos available, I believe that there may be even more on the way.

Phygitals Inc. was launched in April 2026, so itâs quite a new brand, but one that seems to have everything in apple pie order. The brandâs Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, plus many other official documents, are readily available to view, and there is a vast amount of information contained in the Phygitals Documentation page too.
In order to complete your Phygitals sign-up process, you must be at least 18 years old to register for an account, and be permanently resident in the US. Note that Phygitals will also require you to undergo KYC verification before you can complete any high value transactions, or have a physical card shipped to you.
Every card image you see at Phygitals has a physical, graded counterpart thatâs already stored in one of three professional vaults. Card slabs are available individually via the brandâs Marketplace, or as part of a Crab pack, where youâll find nine different types of cards listed:
Although slab pack availability is limited for some categories, most have at least seven levels ranging in price from $25 for a Starter pack, through to Diamond Packs with a $5,000 price tag.
However, the brandâs main focus is clearly Pokemon cards, and I spotted English, Japanese, and Chinese Pokemon cards among the brandâs slab packs.
Phygitals describes its card rips as pack openings, and there are two different types:
Card openings are shown using an animated simulation, and you can see a demo run for all individual packs. I tried out a few of these during my review and did notice that my pull on each occasion was a âMythicâ card, but this is not indicative of the true probability, itâs literally just a demonstration.
This is where things get interesting, as you have a variety of options.
This section of the site contains individual card slabs offered by Phygitals members at a fixed price. There are cards listed here that are part of collections beyond those I mentioned for Crab packs, and you can filter using the top menu, or the other options listed in the left hand menu.
Itâs clear that the Phygitals website was professionally designed, and also with mobile users in mind. The brandâs main offering is presented in a vertical scroll format, with a minimalist top menu, and an extended Footer menu.
In keeping with the minimalist theme, the brandâs choice of a black background and white text allows the most important thing, the images of the cards themselves, to stand out without making the site feel cluttered.
In between the two youâll find a selection of the cards available on the platform, plus the current leaderboard members, and some reviews added by Phygitals users on the brandâs Telegram channel.
The Phygitals iOS app is available to download from the App Store, and is currently only available for iPhone users. It only takes up 90.7 Mb of space, so itâs very lightweight, but also full-featured.
The app is almost identical to the brandâs main website, with the only real difference being that the top menu is sticky, and appears at the bottom of your screen. As the app was only introduced in July 2026, there are less than 50 user reviews so far, but it seems well-received and has achieved 4.3 stars.
I think itâs fairly likely that Phygitals will introduce an Android app soon, but in the meantime, the mobile optimized version of the main website is more than adequate, and if you were to add a shortcut on your home screen, youâd see very little difference.
Unlike most mystery box and some card rip sites, Phygitals doesnât use an on-site currency, all of the Claw packs and Marketplace listings are priced in $. If you want to add funds to your Phygitals account, you can do this by clicking on the â+â sign which is located on the right hand side of the top menu bar.
You can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover to fund your Phygitals account, and you can either select $25, $50, $1000, or enter a custom amount. All deposits are instant, and will reflect in your account balance right away.
There are two important things to note. Firstly, Phygitals adds a Service Fee to every deposit you make. As an example, I found that the Service Fee was $3.11 for a $50 deposit. Secondly, you canât withdraw any unused funds, once cash has been added to your account you can only use it to make further purchases.

I was surprised to find that Phygitals doesnât have a welcome bonus, or any other concessions for new members. I spoke to a member of the brandâs support team via live chat to ask if there is anything planned for the future, but they said they were unable to comment about future promotions.
During my review I found four main Phygitals bonus offers for active Phygitals members. Iâve added a quick overview of each below for context:
Interestingly, I also found frequent references throughout the site relating to a âlogin bonusâ, âpointsâ and/or âachievementsâ. This suggested to me that the brand either has, or plans to add, a tier-based rewards program, but I was unable to find any information in the âDocumentationâ.
I also mentioned this to support, and was told I hadnât âmissed anythingâ as there is no specific page covering these aspects, and further advised the âexact rules are defined per promotionâ which I did find rather vague and unhelpful.
I cannot say other than that I was impressed by the overall support options at Phygitals. Although I wasnât able to get definitive answers when I used the brandâs live chat, that isnât a reflection on the service as a whole. The live chat channel is available 24/7, and youâll usually get a response in under two minutes.
Thereâs also a dedicated email address you can use for more complex issues, or questions where you want to add screenshots or attachments. Just be aware that the brand prioritizes live chat support, so it can take a few hours to receive a reply. Both methods of contact can be accessed via the âContact Usâ link in the website Footer.

If you ever want to know something about Phygitals (with the exception of the points system and other points I already mentioned) this is where youâll find it. The âDocumentationâ link is immediately below Contact Us in the Footer menu.
There are 22 very detailed pages covering everything from site features and account management, to grading and information about each of the vaults where cards are stored. This is one of the best resources Iâve seen beyond formal trading platforms.
As you can probably tell, I'm pretty impressed with what I found at Phygitals overall. I would like to see information added about the few small grey areas I mentioned, but hopefully my feedback to support will see that added in the future.
Otherwise, I was more than happy with the selection of cards available at Phygitals, the way they are presented, and the level of care the brand takes to ensure transparency throughout its site. If youâre looking for carefully graded slabs, this platform is definitely worthy of your attention. But donât just take my word for it, you can use the link Iâve added to the banners of this page to take a look for yourself.
Not at present. Phygitals has opted to focus on more promotions for its existing members instead. Those include boosted buy back percentages, a generous commission-based referral program, and a weekly leaderboard contest based on your site activity. The brand is also active on four social media channels where youâll come across random bonus drops too.
There are five different types of game cards currently available at Phygitals: Pokemon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh, Dragon Ball and Riftbound, plus four types of sports cards: football, basketball, baseball and soccer. Every card on the site is presented as a graded slab.
Claw packs come in various levels priced from $25 for a Starter pack, up to $5,000 for a Diamond pack. For each pack you can view the probability of pulling a card in various price ranges.
